We did not get pick up as was specified in the booking even after confirming that this was the case on more than one occasion. This was really inconvenient for us. The experience at coco bongo was 1000/10 though.
Alfredo in Riu Punta Cana sold us something that did not exist when we arrived at coco bongo. The value of the bottles was twice the value that passed us
excellent service and very good experience. The transfer from the hotel and the return was very well coordinated and the show was spectacular
Absolutely Amazing!! Was dubious about going as it was a high value trip and I was travelling solo but the trip was well organised, I went gold member and met other people and had an absolute ball!! Arrived in time for the start of the show and was picked up at 1.30! Defo recommend
Of 3 tours purchased, the operator of this never contacted me, wait in the hotel lobby according to what appeared on my ticket and did not come to pick me up.
The show always shows... but the transfer PESIMO, they wanted us with 1h delay and on the return they did not want to leave us at the door of our but in one of the chain. We had to argue to finally be dropped off at our hotel.. important to mention that the group had very strong air conditioning. All the passengers complained, we opened the mic windows because they did nothing
Great place and great show, fully enjoyed the atmosphere and the performance. The only down part was some sewerage smell which was bad, that happened about 11 pm, till then it was fine

Coco Bongo was very fun and is well worth the money. This pickup service is not great. They did not communicate with us reliably and we ended up finding our own transportation to and from the venue. I recommend coco bongo but not this pickup service.

I did not use the transportation option as I wanted to get there and leave in my own time. The check in was smooth but if you choose to do the same get there early since it fulls up quickly. For a section you do have to pay extra $286 and the open bar does not include the drinks on the floor. You have to go to the bar each time which is a hassle since it’s usually full. Still a very fun experience
