I was only in Faro for a brief 24 hrs and enjoy a sunset cruise so I booked this online about 2 hrs before. The meeting place was easy to find, the guide had a relaxed manner and our group was small, about 11 people. We motored gently over the calm waters of the lagoon as our guide, who's name is missed, filled us in on the wildlife in the area and the environmental issues being tackled to protect it. We were all given life jackets on boarding and the speed was slow and easy. It was a lovely cruise and a beautiful sunset. I would recommend it as a way to experience the unique environment that is the lagoon and I intend to try another cruise into the marshland when I return.

A short tour, but enough to have a wonderful experience in this area of PORTUGAL with a charming agent. The guide spoke Spanish perfectly, and I commend the company for having a collaborator of this caliber. I highly recommend this company.

JC was our tour guide and he was fantastic. He was funny and knowledgeable and made the experience really good! We did the private tour for 1hr at €200 and we felt it was well worth it. When we got off we actually said we wished we had booked the 2hr trip.

The boat pilot is a really great guide who answers all the questions. He does his best to speak French.

Hourly outing on the Rio Formosa near Faro. One gets a first impression of this magnificent nature park. Makes you want more.
