Top notch tour from start to finish with Densil :) Messaged prior to pick up. Provided facts and history on Grenada and its wildlife and nature throughout. The itinerary was perfect starting with Annandale Falls (pictures, swim, drinks), lake at Grand Etang (pictures, feed fish), drove up to one of the highest points on the island with a stop along the way to see the monkeys. All of this before the hike to Seven Sisters! The hike was downhill to the falls and uphill on the way back. Densil and his second guide Randy took great care to make sure everyone was safe. They provided hiking sticks as it had rained the day before. I would say the hike was a medium-high difficulty level, but I'm not in tip top shape either. Don't let the hike deter you. The swim at the falls was absolutely worth it! The water is so clear and refreshing. We saw so much flora and fauna including a baby armadillo! On the return, Densil treated us to a few local snacks, which was a nice treat. We returned back traveling through the east side of Grenada, so all in all, it was a full country tour! For us, it was closer to a 6-7 hour tour, so I wouldn't schedule anything immediately afterwards. Five stars!
The hike to sevens sisters waterfall was incredible (make sure to pack hiking shoes/boots). Stopped for fresh food on the way back in. Two thumbs up!!!
Our tour guide, Densil, was amazing. Very knowledgeable about the island and its history. He participated in all activities with us, and treated us like family during our visit to the different attractions. Pickup and drop off was smooth. Very professional.
I have so many great things to say about this tour! Our experience was absolutely lovely. We had a party of 10, and let’s just say we didn’t quite make it through the Seven Sisters hike 🤣. However, our tour guide, Derron, was incredibly accommodating and made sure we were still able to experience Grenada in all its glory! Derron was patient, informative, and gave our trip the extra spice it needed. We were celebrating a special birthday, and he made sure that remained the focus throughout the day. Although lunch was not included, he took us to a highly recommended local food spot and Andy’s Soup definitely did not disappoint! If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, flexible, and fun guide who truly cares about making your experience memorable, I highly recommend this tour “ explorer Grenada tours” .
This was an excellent experience, our tour guide was knowledgeable and worked very hard to ensure we had the best tour
I had a wonderful experience with my fiancé. The waterfalls were so beautiful and was so refreshing to swim in. Our guide Densil was so knowledgeable and took amazing photographs. The tour lasted about 4 hours and there wasn’t much crowds. The hike to the waterfall was challenging so would keep this in mind prior to booking. Would absolutely do this again!
This tour was amazing! We got to see and go into 2 waterfalls. Our tour guide Densil was the best. He taught us so much about fruits, plants, birds, and nature in general. He also took fantastic pictures of us. Highly recommend!
One of the highlights of our trip to Grenada! We received a confirmation message the night before the tour letting us know the exact time we’d get picked up the next day. We ended up having a private tour with Denzel since we were the only ones who booked for the day and learned a lot about the island, native plants and agriculture. We first stopped to see and feed Mona monkeys and then at grand etang lake, which is beautiful and peaceful. We then hiked up to Seven sisters, which took about 30-40 minutes each way. Denzel and his friend/co-tour guide brought / found us a cocoa fruit and guava to try. We also saw nutmeg and a cinnamon tree. The hike was challenging but they showed us the best paths and stopped often for breaks. The waterfalls are beautiful and we spent some time enjoying the water. Didn’t feel rushed at all. Our last stop was Annndale falls which requires no hiking and has a bar/restaurant where we had some lunch and drinks. Food was surprisingly good and felt like a home cooked meal (we had the catch of the day). End to end, the tour lasted around 5 hours from when we were picked up to when we were dropped off again. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the island.
A great way to explore and learn more about the Island of Grenada. Our guide Kade picked us up from our hotel and took time to show us landmarks around St George on the way up to lake Etang. At Seven Sisters falls we met up with additional guides Densil and Warren for our hike to Seven Sisters Waterfall, during the walk down to the falls we learned more about the plants in the area. The swim in the waterfall was a refreshing reward after the walk down. On the way to Annandale falls we were luck enough to stop and meet some to the local Mona monkeys. The trip overall was around 6 hours including pick up and drop off from our hotel. A truly magical day and highly recommended.
Nice walks in the nature, Detail gave me a lot of information about the plants, birds and about the island He made me taste some food and non alcohol beverage and was very flexible
