Driver was polite and friendly and got us to the Miami port from Fort Lauderdale quickly and safely !
Javier was friendly and great to have as our driver. He was knowledgeable of the surroundings of hotel pointing out places to visit and things to do.
They did not show. Never will book again. Horrible, when arriving in Fort Lauderdale airport and no driver showed and for 2 hours could nort contact anyone.
A no worry experience. The driver communicated early on in the experience before the actual time. He was very polite and knew exactly where to drive. The transportation vehicle was clean.
Great pickup experience. On time pick up and was always in contact with me once we arrived at the airport.
Our flight was delayed we missed our connecting flight. Had to change the time for the Viator pick up. Told we couldn’t do that and said to call us when you get your next flight then they said they didn’t have any drivers and we would still be charged. I have used them a few times never had an issue but then again everything was always on time.
They monitored our flight and they called as soon as our plane landed. Our driver was efficient, we were impressed with how he handled our luggage. He was a good driver.
They will communicate with you while telling you where to meet them. They are very friendly as well.

They worked with me to arrange a pick up at our hotel instead of airport. That started our vacation so much better! Our driver was friendly. I did learn that this is not a good value for the price once I talked with other cruise passengers. An Uber is cheaper.
