Henry our driver communicated well was waiting to pick us up at the airport. He was friendly and told us about Cabo and what to do. He got us to our hotel quickly and safely.

I was expecting a car to be already at the airport. I gave airlines arrival time. Not only was someone not there but it was difficult getting in touch with someone to help with the situation. Once I contacted thru Viator they let me know where I was supposed to go to wait for the driver.
