Shalom Travel was awesome! Very courteous and punctual. They arrived to pick me up well before the required time and were very patient. Communication was fast and clear. The vehicles were clean and the drivers helpful and friendly. They looked for you upon arriving to the airport with a sign. They made traveling around another country one less thing to stress about. Highly recommend.
We were greeted by our driver as planned. The 7 of us loaded into the comfortable van and we headed towards our VRBO in Tamarindo. The driver kindly stopped at a store so we could buy some basic food and beverages. All went well and we arrived safely!!
Awesome Driver! He told us some very nice spots to visit excluding the resort and authentic eateries! 5 Star!!
They were at the airport waiting on us even though our flight was at least two hours behind schedule
The airport shuttle was very professional, clean and spacious. It was very easy to find the driver upon arrival and he was very attentive and friendly.
Jorge and his team were very professional, timely, and communication was top notch. We had a slight mixup with our pickup location ( my fault when booking) and Jorge was quick to correct it and we got picked up on plenty of time to get to the airport. They contacted us while we were in the immigration line. The driver was ready for us with only a short wait outside. The driver was very friendly.
No one waiting at airport, finally found someone to help who found a driver, nice a/c van with water... we believe we bought round trip transfers ( filled in all flight info) now not sure if we have return

In this case, Gecsan was indeed at the airport waiting for you, but there was an issue with the sign, so it wasn’t easy to identify him right away. Fortunately, one of our airport contacts was able to assist you quickly and help connect you with the driver. Regarding the return transfer, we’d like to clarify that this service was not included in your reservation. We do offer it as an optional add-on, but it must be booked separately. We also tried to contact you several times; however, the phone number provided did not work. Having a reliable way to communicate is very important for us, as it helps ensure smooth coordination and avoid situations like this. We truly appreciate your feedback ithelps us continue improving our service.
Upon arrival in Liberia airport we were promptly greeted by the driver William was pleasant and gave us a cold water and got a swiftly to our hotel. We then use shalom service for two tours and both of them were excellent, informative. Jorge was friendly pleasant and fun to be with. He took good care of us both with his driving and with our encounters with nature. We hiked across suspension bridges saw a waterfalls had a mud bath and a volcano steam in the sauna as well as enjoy the hot springs. The following day we had an animal excursion in the jungle after swimming under a waterfall. We saw sloth spider monkeys snake snakes frogs toucan as well as other wildlife. Both days we had a wonderful lunch and Jorge make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommended. You will not be disappointed
