Avec les nouvelles restrictions de fréquentation en place, notre service de navette est le meilleur moyen de garantir votre place dans la beauté du lac Moraine. Laissez-nous conduire et profitez des rives saisissantes du lac Moraine et du lac Louise — de près et personnellement. S'il vous plaît noter que vous devrez suivre l'horaire de bus, chaque bus restera à chaque lac pendant 1 heure et 20 minutes. Il s'agit d'un aller-retour sur un horaire de bus fixe. Si vous souhaitez personnaliser votre trajet au lieu de suivre un horaire prévu à cet effet, veuillez nous contacter à l'avance afin que nous puissions planifier à l'avance vos déplacements moyennant des frais supplémentaires. On time, clean bus, friendly driver. Able to customize our experience by asking ahead of time too. It was expensive though, but worth it to see the lakes.
Went to celebrate my boyfriend Bryann’s birthday and to see Moraine lake for the first time with our friends, we had a wonderful experience at Moraine Lake and Lake Louise! Our tour guide/driver sweet Caroline was friendly, informative, and made the trip fun and enjoyable. We even saw a black bear on our way to Moraine lake. The views were absolutely beautiful, and everything was well organized. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed it. The time at each lake was just right. Caroline shared interesting and helpful information. The Wi-Fi on the bus worked well. We’d do this again.
We had a nice trip with Louis to the two lakes. He took his time on the way to tell us something about the history and the area. He was very nice, punctual, drove safely, and we had a good time. The group was not too big, a small bus was very comfortable.
Driver and bus were great! As beautiful as the lakes are, no one in our group found it worth it because of the crowds of people. We tried to canoe and when we were literally next in line, they let at least 14 “priority people” ahead of us and we didn’t have enough time to canoe and ended up not having enough time to do anything else. People were pushy and rude and it was just a very disappointing experience. Will not be back.
Hi Sarah, Thank you for giving the credit to our driver and service. As for the crowdy tourists at the lake shore, it's beyond our control. This tour has designed 80 minutes stay at each lake, we don't think that's long enough for boating in high season, customized schedule is more suitable for boating or hiking at a lake area. The trip was fantastic and the saleprice made it worth it. Our driver Youn was amazing. Knowledgable and to the point. Highly reccomend the Banff2Go company. Finding the vehicle was all but a text to them to ask when it would be arriving and I had a super quick response.
