Ça vous aidera à mieux comprendre le DMZ. Le pont suspendu, se situe dans le mont Gamak et la bataille héroïque des troupes britanniques a eu lieu dans la guerre de Coréen. Le parc Imjingak, situé à 7 km de la ligne de démarcation militaire, est bien connu pour son lien avec la guerre de Coréen. Vous pouvez vérifier Mangbaedan et le pont de la Liberté. Aussi, vous pouvez visiter le pont Dokgae. Ce pont a été explosé pendant la guerre de Coréen et reconstruit. Et puis explorons le 3ème tunnel. Il s'étend sur plus de 1 635 m de longueur, 2 m de largeur et 2 m de hauteur et est situé à 52 km de Séoul. Depuis l'observatoire de Dora, vous pourrez admirer la Corée du Nord et divers endroits. Imjingak a été construit en 1972 avec l'espoir qu'un jour l'unification serait possible. L'Imjingak à trois étages est entouré de plusieurs monuments, du parc de l'unification et du centre de la Corée du Nord.
Mangbaedan est un endroit où les personnes qui ont quitté leur famille dans le nord visitent le jour de l'An.
Le 3e tunnel a été découvert par la Corée du Sud en 1978. Il s'étend sur 1 635 m de long, 2 m de large et 2 m de haut et est situé à 52 km de Séoul. On estime qu'environ 30 000 soldats pourraient traverser le tunnel par heure.
Depuis cet observatoire de Dora, vous pouvez surplomber la Corée du Nord et divers endroits, notamment Gaeseong, Songaksan, la statue de Kim Il-Sung et la ferme de coopération (Geumamgol).
Le pont Gamaksan Chulleong, un pont suspendu de 150 m de long et 1,5 m de large, est situé à Solma-ri où la bataille de Solma-ri, alias bataille de Gloster Hill, s'est tenue en 1951. La bataille de Solma-ri est l'une des batailles représentatives menées par les forces de l'ONU pendant la guerre de Corée et revêt une signification importante car elle est enregistrée comme une bataille représentative de la défense de l'isolement. Durant la bataille, environ 650 soldats britanniques se sacrifient contre 25 000 soldats chinois pendant trois jours et cela permet aux forces de l'ONU de redéployer leurs troupes pour stopper l'invasion chinoise de Séoul.

We had an amazing day at the DMZ with our tour guide Winnie. She is truly the best and we feel so lucky to have spent the day with her as our guide.
