Procurez-vous votre vélo électrique de haute qualité dans notre magasin et roulez jusqu'à la piste cyclable du Lakeshore. De là, vous parcourrez environ 1,5 miles jusqu'à ce que vous atteigniez la toute nouvelle piste cyclable East Shore. Cette superbe piste cyclable a été construite le long du lac avec une vue imprenable et s'étend sur 3 miles d'Incline jusqu'à Sand Harbor. La piste cyclable East Shore est séparée de l'autoroute sur tout le trajet. La plupart des clients passent jusqu'à 2 heures sur le vélo (jusqu'à 1 heure aller et 1 heure retour), ce qui leur donne beaucoup de temps supplémentaire à Sand Harbor ou s'est arrêté dans l'une des nombreuses criques le long du chemin.

The e bikes were fun to ride and made going up the hills easy for everyone. The map with stops they sent to our phones made the ride fun! Picking up and dropping off the bikes was easy.
So crowded that it wasnt much fun always having to to pass walkers and bikes, directions werent clear.
Awesome views and great Urtopia Bikes. Most importantly at this location was the Customer Service. From the minute we arrived to when we got on our bikes to leave, there were two young gentlemen, Rodriguez and Solomon that were so professional and so helpful and very informative. It’s Customer Service like this that will keep people coming back.
Our first time to rent e-bikes anywhere, and Tahoe Multisports made the process super easy. Solomon took time to explain to us how to use the bikes - he is such a helpful and friendly staff member! We had a great time riding from their shop to Sand Harbor, enjoyed sometime at the water, and riding back.
We reserved 5 specific bikes for all day. When we arrived at the pick up time, they did not have the bikes we reserved. They had to give us a few different bikes to complete the 5. One of the bikes only had 65 percent battery. We cut our ride short, so it didn’t end up mattering. But it could’ve been a problem and it was a bit annoying to have to worry about it when we had reserved in advance.
This is our first time visiting Lake Tahoe in the summer, and the first time in a really long time, so the traffic and the sheer volume of people caught us by surprise. That said, this was a really lovely activity and we got to spend time outside by the lake where there weren’t so many people. The service at the shop was fast but great and the bikes were of good quality and in good condition.
The bikes were a lot of fun and the staff was amazing. I had to reschedule and they were really accommodating. They sent us a map to follow that had stops along the way and the views were fantastic. I'd definitely rent with them again if I'm in Tahoe

Great experience! The bikes were new and fully charged. We were given a full tutorial on using the bikes, and given an escort to the beginning of the trail. Would definitely book with them again!!
Business was professional. Bikes were clean and in great working order. Downloadable map was very useful. Staff was friendly and very helpful.
