It was nice. Kenny was a funny and entertaining cowboy. Very knowledgeable. It was a quick 1 hour tour.
The Tour guide was awesome but due to a massive forest fire and heavy smoke our tour wasn't as favorable. The knowledgeable and friendly bus driver/tour guide did entertain us all the way. Its worth every bit of your time and great of history info coming from the guide to better improve your understanding of the area.
Our tour guide was phenomenal!!! He was very informative & made the trip GREAT….. i would HIGHLY recommend this Trolley to ANYONE.

This was our first time visiting Sedona. The tour was very informative as well as reasonably priced. Kenny hit it out of the park with his expertise of the area.
I booked this trolley tour two months in advance so that my sister who has limited mobility could get on the trolley with our assistance with her 3-wheel walker and enjoy learning about Sedona without having to get off and walk. The tour was canceled on the morning of. The only other option was not something my sister could do. I will never book a tour like this again.
Our tour was canceled. We were given options to rebook, but they did not fit our schedule. We needed to know about the cancellation sooner.
There was no one here to check us in. I was here early. This is a joke. Will not give a good review. No review. No trolley no employee never opened. Waste of time and out my 55$. Ridiculous.

The trolley broke down, and the trip was canceled. The company called me while I was waiting for the trolley to tell me and told me she would refund me. I later found out she never initiated the refund bc I booked through trip advisor and she never bothered to tell me. I had to jump through hoops to get it, and after requesting through TA, they said they needed approval from the company. I’d use the other trolley tour down the block.
