Late for appointment. The communication with client to alleviate tardiness was extremely poor. Overall the service was wanting in comparison to a typical pickup service.

I was a bit hesitant to book this transport after reading some reviews. I initially had a problem with my booking as confirmation came through for a day earlier than I had scheduled. So check that confirmation closely. The company stood behind their policies and corrected my booking. Our assigned driver was very communative. Text night before our arrival to check details. When we landed I was able to reach out and inquire about pickup location. He was there quickly even though airport services took us to a location that wasn't optimal. Car was clean, although seat covers were showing wear and tear and should probably be evaluated for replacement. Got to our location with no hiccups. I would use again if I was to return to Seattle. WA.

Horrible experience. Couldn't get info on pickup location and when I tried to call the limo company they said our reservation hadn't downloaded in their system. Ended up paying for alternate travel.

The car was supposed to be a black sedan. It was not black and it was not a sedan. It was a very used small SUV.

The car service was horrible. Our flights were delayed, and I was in contact with the cars service to inform them if the delays. My 89 year old aunt was left without a rude to our hotel. She arrived first then when I arrived after her, I immediately contracted the driver to let them know to add a my aunt to my car because the other driver left. We had to contact a supervisor to add her. Meanwhile I went outside to the driver to speak to him. He threatened to leave too. I explained to him we were waiting for our luggage. It took awhile because all the flights had been delayed so the baggage area was backed up. The number the service person gave us connected us to a sex hotline. It was unbelievable. Anyway the driver insisted on leaving, so I offered him an additional tip to stay until we received our luggage. I gave him $100 so that my 80 year old 100% disabled veteran could get safely to the hotel and just rest.
