Not what we were expecting to be honest More history of the occupation of krakow than a focus on Schindler Felt that was underplayed but it's up to the city to remember those terrible years as they want to David was a very good guide and very knowledgeable
The group was way too big for the available space in the museum. Cramped and not able to be in the same room with the guide so could not hear anything. Guide did not oversee it anymore and started talking when only a small part of the group was around him. About the content; totally not what you expect. Almost nothing about the Schindler story, all about the war situation in Krakow. Doesn't do justice to Schindler's story The tour skips the documentary which is one of the things that is nice to see. So make sure you see it.
Don't go to schindlers factory, not worth it. Missed our tour we paid extra for as they didn't accept our ID
It is not really a tour of the factory. 80% of the tour takes place in a museum about the Nazi invasion and the life of the Jews during the occupation of the city which is located in the factory. It is really worth doing this visit, but you really have to know why you are going. The museum is rich in information and photographs; it is very good. However, it is really not made for guided group tours. There were 25 of us and no one could hear the guide except for the 6 people in front. We could not see anything that the guide was showing. What a disappointment. They should really think about providing audio guides. My children were in the back; they absolutely did not enjoy it. It is really a shame, especially since the price is high. Keep the guide, he is great!
No information provided to us on how to meet the guide so we had to call the Operator twice. It was very frustrating especially that we were supposed to get in at a specific time. Finally, an Agent approached us and gave us the tickets. Met our Tour Guide who was assigned to our group. The Museum had a lot of display and our tour guide gave us information about them. The place was very narrow and tight. It was a bit crowded and there were areas where it was really hot! The displays were great! Learned a lot about the harrowing stories of the Jews and it’s heartbreaking to hear about what they’ve endured in the hands of the Nazis! There was only a small portion dedicated to Oskar Schindler . Did the tour for one and a half hours. If you are claustrophobic, this place is not for you! If you like the Holocaust history , it is an important place to get some important information.
Hello Sonia 😊 Thank you so much for taking the time to share your honest feedback with us. We are very sorry for the frustration caused by the missing meeting point details prior to your arrival, which led to you having to call us twice. We are currently reviewing our pre-tour messaging to ensure meeting instructions are crystal clear for all our guests moving forward. Thank you also for sharing your insights regarding the museum itself. Schindler's Factory is indeed a deeply moving and heartbreaking historical site, but as you rightly noted, the original historic building has narrow spaces that can feel crowded and warm during peak times. We are glad to hear that, despite those conditions, our guide provided informative insights and that the exhibition left a meaningful impression on you. We would love the opportunity to welcome you back to Poland in the future. Should you return, the SeeKrakow team would be delighted to guide you on another one of our local tours and show you even more of our beautiful city and region! 💙 Warm regards, The SeeKrakow Team
Knowledgeable, friendly and professional guide. The entire experience from purchasing tickets to the tour was exceptional
Very interesting tour ,our guide had a personal connection to the factory and the goings on during the war ,his father was in the polish resistance

The guide spoke too fast , did not allow us time to look at the various documents on display . We made the tour at the pace
The tour skipped the line and that was great unfortunately the group was to large for the size of the rooms , the volume button on the guide was broken not helped by the loudspeakers in the corner of every room , we had a donk on our tour which only added to the frustration, not much about Oskar Schindler more about the war
Dear Allan and Caroline, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are glad that the skip-the-line feature worked well for you, but we are truly sorry to hear about the frustrations you encountered during the tour. We apologize for the technical issues with the volume button and the discomfort caused by the group size in the museum's narrow spaces. Regarding the content, the museum is indeed designed to show the broader history of Krakow under Nazi occupation, but we understand you expected a deeper focus on Oskar Schindler himself. We take your comments seriously to help us improve our service. Best regards, The SeeKrakow Team
