Dînez dans un bâtiment historique exclusif offrant une expérience culinaire intime que vous ne pouvez obtenir nulle part ailleurs. Conçu pour Connection cette visite est faite pour être sociale. Les cours interactifs créent une atmosphère détendue parfaite pour une soirée unique pour se connecter et se faire de nouveaux amis. Participation amusante et flexible : Notre objectif est le plaisir et non une leçon stressante ! Vous pourrez cuisiner votre propre Empanada Arreglada et vous éclater en élaborant deux boissons signature uniques : le Morenito, un délicieux cocktail à base de café, et un Mojito de Cas rafraîchissant à base de fruits tropicaux unique au Costa Rica. Le Morenito ce n’est pas seulement une boisson, c’est un hommage à la culture du café mondialement connue du Costa Rica. Mojito de Cas : Le fruit de Cas est un trésor local aigre, rafraîchissant. L'Empanada Arreglada : Vous ne faites pas qu'un goûter.

Notre visite commence à l'entrée de la banque, juste à côté du Monumento de los Presentes, qui présente de petites figures vertes. Nous commencerons par discuter de la manière dont ce monument symbolise la résilience et la survie de la communauté à travers des temps difficiles, en reliant le passé et le présent. C'est un puissant rappel de la force et de l'unité qui ont façonné la ville, donnant le ton à notre voyage à travers sa riche histoire et sa culture dynamique.
Nous visiterons le marché central, fondé en 1880, où vous aurez l'occasion d'en apprendre davantage sur les fondements de l'agriculture et de la culture quotidienne du Costa Rica. Ce marché historique est un centre dynamique de la vie locale, offrant un aperçu des traditions et des pratiques qui ont façonné la cuisine costaricienne pendant des générations. En explorant le marché, vous découvrirez les ingrédients essentiels, rencontrerez les vendeurs locaux et aurez un aperçu des pratiques agricoles qui soutiennent la région. Nous passerons devant le Templo de la Música, une structure emblématique située dans le parc Morazán. En explorant ce magnifique pavillon, vous découvrirez sa riche histoire culturelle et le rôle important qu'il a joué dans la vie artistique et sociale de la ville. Construit au début du XXe siècle, le Templo de la Música a accueilli d'innombrables concerts, événements et rassemblements, devenant un symbole apprécié de la scène culturelle dynamique de la ville. Une finale exclusive "de la ferme à la table" La soirée se termine dans un cadre privé de restauration à domicile dans un bâtiment historique désigné. C'est le point culminant car : • Influence Caraïbe : Bien que de nombreuses visites se concentrent sur la cuisine de la vallée centrale, cela met en valeur les saveurs vibrantes, épicées et infusées de noix de coco de la côte caraïbe du Costa Rica. • Intimité : Il évite le côté « piège à touristes » des restaurants publics, offrant un espace calme et plein d'art qui ressemble à un dîner entre amis. Angel was a great host and guide. I traveled solo and ended up enjoying the night with the rest of the group. The walking was manageable and there was more food than I expected. The hosts at the private restaurant we ended up at for the rest of the evening were very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this.

Angel was a very good guide. It was fun to learn a little about the city on our walking part of the tour. We also really enjoyed getting to make the food and beverages typical to the area.
