Tower tours did a superb job and getting us to Woods.

This tour was a terrible experience. It looks like the management provides excellent empathy and zero sympathy. When it comes to picking up participants, they can wait for 15 minutes and when it comes to visiting the Muir Woods, they can't wait for more than 10 minutes. There was another tour company and I had to join their group! What is worse the team didn"t provide their contact number neither a group meeting. I wonder would they have done the same thing had they lost their loved ones in the woods? I just wonder after my visit to the woods...

Our guide to Muir Woods knew the sights very well and kept us entertained all the way to the state park. He also had a very funny sense of humor which made the ride even more enjoyable. There was a misunderstanding about the second part of our tour which was the Big Bus Tour which we did not make on time coming back from Muir Woods. However, the customer service agent was very helpful and refunded us the amount for that missed trip. I would highly recommend booking a tour with Viator.

We really enjoyed the experience but would have liked more time in Muir Woods. It was beautiful! The Hop-On Hop-Off tour was much better than I expected. It was very informational and well done.
