There are 2 lounges in terminal- one on either end. Ticket did not specify which. Beautiful lounge with a variety of seating types. I wouldn’t exactly call it child friendly but children are allowed. There was a small buffet with hot and cold choices. Everything looked and tasted fresh.

Our resort in Cancun offered a complimentary shared shuttle to the airport so we arrived earlier than if we had a private transfer, which prompted us to purchase lounge access. Check-in to VIP lounge was easy and we were immediately greeted upon entry. Plenty of seating with abundance of tables. Upon arrival the food options were breakfast/brunch along with a full bar and a cooler with NA and alcoholic drinks. Food changed over as it approached lunch time. (Pork tacos, tortilla chips, chicken veggie soup, chicken breasts, sandwiches, salad, pasta salad, snack chip- hearty to light options). TVs lined the walls and soft music played through our stay. We saw 3 or 4 sleeping pods for those to grab a quick nap and clean bathrooms. We stayed the full 3 hour limit and felt like the cost was worth it. We were able have a graze, enjoy 3+ drinks and relax in comfort before our flight back to the US. Staff periodically checked to see if we needed another drink. Lounge does offer premium food and liquor options for an additional charge; however, we don’t partake in the upgrades.

The Mera VIP lounge was beautiful, super comfortable, not crowded, great food and drink selection, very pleased! My only constructive feedback would be with Viator; it would be most helpful if steps instructed customer to simply present online ticket at the lounge, and mention the closest gate number versus indicating a meeting place to pick up tickets in a totally different terminal, which was confusing and turned out to be not the case. Luckily I didn’t have to go from terminal 3 to 4, so it worked out and the lounge experience was excellent!

It's a great way to escape the chaotic feel of the airport. The seating is comfortable and they have a nice selection of food. However, the food is always cold.

Nicer than sitting at the gate but lounge was t in the best condition. Furniture was worn and the food choice was limited. Was a bit pricey compared to other lounges we have purchased.

Was concerned about weather delays so I booked this to be safe. Terminal 3 location is very small (photos are of terminal 4!). Food was okay, there was a charging station but not many outlets around the seating. . Limited seating had some people standing. There is only one bathroom stall per gender. Food/drink is expensive in the airport so this worked well for our three hour wait but nothing special.
