Votre guide local de cuisine de rue, qui est extrêmement passionné par la cuisine de rue vietnamienne, viendra vous chercher à votre hôtel en taxi avant de vous emmener dans votre excursion culinaire dans un secteur non touristique et notre premier arrêt sera dans un célèbre restaurant local (ouverture depuis plus de 30 ans) dans le district 3 spécialisé dans le «Bánh Mì Thịt Nướng» (style Banh Mi du Sud avec du bœuf mariné).
Vous continuez à vous plonger dans une cuisine délicieuse en vous dirigeant vers les ruelles gastronomiques du centre du quartier de la cuisine de rue, où vous pourrez déguster une savoureuse soupe de nouilles au bœuf à la citronnelle "Bún Bò", préparée par un chef local avec plus de 25 ans d'expérience. La prochaine étape de votre aventure culinaire est "Bánh Cuốn" - Petits pains de riz cuits à la vapeur. À l’intérieur de chaque morceau de petits pains, l’arôme sucré du mélange de porc, d’oignons hachés, de jicama, de champignons, de sel, de sauce de poisson et de poivre noir, le tout légèrement sauté avant cuisson à la vapeur ravira les papilles des mangeurs de goût. Vous vivrez la fusion parfaite de 4 saveurs délicieuses juste après la première bouchée.
Promenez-vous dans une rue où l'on vend "toutes sortes de plats de rue" avant de vous rendre dans un restaurant populaire du quartier pour déguster les "Bánh xèo" et les "Bánh Khọt" (galettes de riz du Sud et du Centre), l'une des plus populaires et des plats extrêmement traditionnels du sud du Vietnam et apprenez comment ils sont préparés par un chef avec plus de 20 ans d'expérience.
Au marché aux fleurs nocturne, terminez votre visite de la cuisine de rue de Saigon avec un délicieux dessert comme la crème glacée à la noix de coco, ou la crème glacée à la noix de coco mélangée à un smoothie à l'avocat. Votre guide local prendra un taxi avec vous afin que vous puissiez retourner à votre logement.

Great and informative experience. Food was excellent.
Nhu was an amazing guide. History, insights into life in Vietnam and of course the food. The food was amazing. So fresh and watching it being cooked in front of you. The coconut icecream at the end was sooo good. Could not have asked for a better experience. Would highly recommend this tour.

Nhu was a great and enthusiastic guide. The food portions were HUGE! This was like eating 4 meals! WHOA! The price was more than worth it. Also, these were true street food stalls with over 15 years experience, each one different. They all had little stools or steps for seating. My favorite was the pork banh mi - OMG - it was outstanding! There was no one else on my tour, so it was like a private tour. The meeting point was great. The communications on WhatsApp were great. The vibe was so cool. I loved it! And, my guide accompanied me back to my hotel with the taxi - what a perfect ending. It was about 3 hours long which was just right. And Nhu shared some interesting history about the food and Vietnam which made the tour more interesting. I totally loved this experience! I can’t wait to share all my photos! Just give me a day to catch up on that.

I had a great tour with Nhu, the food was fantastic, he was very knowledgable and it was so good to be in an authentic local area and get to see and learn more about Vietnam as well as the food. He arrived very promptly to pick me up at my hotel and we went via taxi to district 3 and started the tour with a bahn mi. Definitely plan to be hungry for the tour as there is a lot of food to try! Well worth it!
