It was the BEST public crawl ever. Adam was our host. He was great! He made sure we had a great time. He took care of everything. All I did was have fun. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe. He took us to pubs with great music. Couldn't stop dancing whole night. I met some really lovely people and made a few friends too. The night ended only by 2.30am. Will definitely do it again.

Had a really fun night doing the bar and club hopping in Itaewon. The biggest highlight was skipping the lines and getting straight into venues. On a busy night, that made a huge difference and kept the night flowing really well. The hosts kept everything organised and the group moving smoothly between places. It felt social and easy without being too structured. The only downside was the free flow alcohol. We went to three different pubs and each one only had vodka based drinks, all slightly different, but still vodka. I am not a vodka drinker, so the options felt quite limited. The lemon drop at the first pub was actually really good and the only one I enjoyed. After that, the drinks were not really for me. Overall, still a fun and convenient experience if you want a hassle free night out and easy entry into clubs. Just be aware of the limited drink variety if vodka is not your thing.

On the drinks, fair point. We do lean toward vodka with mixers to keep things consistent and manageable across multiple stops. That said, tequila and champagne are also included at those venues and should have been clearly offered on the night. We’ll tighten that up with the team so all options are properly communicated by our hosts going forward. Appreciate you calling it out, and hopefully we’ll have you back again.

Horrible experience! The host reschedule due to being the only one that booked on a Saturday. Sunday my partner and I became sick and when contacted I was told that I would not receive a refund despite being healthy and ready to go on my scheduled date, Saturday. When told this was unfair as I did not reschedule and was very much ready to go on Saturday night and that I do not control sickness, the host threatened to report me to "Korean Law," if I left a review. The host stated that they have downloaded all of our emails and would forward to "Korean Law." The host was never threatened, however was told a review would be left so others can be aware that the host will change your date and if you cannot make it, will keep your money regardless of any emergencies. I felt very threatened an unsafe in Korea because of this threat to report me to Korean Law. Definitely sucked as we had an amazing time in Seoul until this experience.

As you were the only guest scheduled that evening, we contacted you in advance to offer the option of joining a group on Sunday to enhance the overall experience, which you agreed to. On Sunday, we were informed approximately two hours before the start time that you would no longer be attending. As per the booking terms on Viator, cancellations within 24 hours of the experience are not eligible for a refund, and this was reviewed and initially upheld through the platform. Following this, you stated: “No worries I will move forward with a review and notify all my social media accounts about this horrible one way service.” This message was sent after the refund was declined and relates to the policy, not the experience itself. For full transparency, Viator later issued you a full refund and also compensated us in this case. We understand that unexpected situations such as illness can occur while travelling, and we do empathise with that. However, once arrangements are confirmed, last-minute cancellations cannot be accommodated outside of the stated policy. We remain committed to providing a fair, safe, and high-quality experience for all guests.
