Great time efoiling in Seoul! Koa was great and the location is perfect!
Koa was a great teacher, I got to fly on the efoil for a bit considering it was my first time. We used Bb talk to communicate in the water, the helmet had a built in speaker and mic which was pretty cool. The water was a bit cold and Koa gave me a wetsuit, and the hot shower after was amazing. I got some good videos out of the session too!
Thank you so much! 😊 First time and you already got up on the e-foil—that’s not easy haha, well done 🙌 Glad the Bb Talk helped out on the water, makes a big difference when learning. Yeah the water can be a bit cold, but wetsuit + hot shower after is the perfect combo 😄 And nice you got some good videos too! Hope to see you again for another session!
We had a great time thank you. The support boat meant I didn't need to worry about watching my family on a big river and could focus on having fun too. Koa was very helpful and encouraging and we all got to standing by the time we finished.
Thank you so much for sharing this lovely feedback! 🙏 I’m really glad the support boat gave you peace of mind so you could just enjoy the moment with your family. You all did amazing getting up to standing — such great energy on the water! 💪 Hope to see you again for more fun next time!
Great time efoiling on the Han River with Zooty. Highly recommend! They even took videos of me and emailed the link to me the same day.
Thanks for the awesome review! We’re glad you had fun efoiling and enjoyed the videos. 🌊📸
“Koa was amazing! Great prices and an awesome experience for the whole family. We rented kayaks and also tried the efoils and both were super fun and easy to get the hang of. Can’t recommend them enough!”
The professional e-foiler!! Thank you for visiting and was great to meet you. Hope to see you next again with other outdoor activities.!
Koa is the most patient teacher ever! You'll definitely 'fly' on your first try. He was so worried that my wetsuit was too thin for the cold water and kept asking if I was ok to change into something thicker. His equipment was clean, great working condition and there was a large shower stall with piping hot water, locker, changing area and hairdryer available too! Not to mention full toiletries including facial wash and haircare! That really impressed me. He even gave me pink slippers to wear. On the water, being on the Han river was THE BEST! Really a once in a lifetime experience and the only regret i have is not having the time to do it again as my trip to seoul was short. Next trip, I'll definitely do this again along with windsurfing! 2 thumbs up!
Thank you so much for describing our place in such detail and with such kind words! I truly respect you for riding the e-foil in just a thin wetsuit—even in that cold water! Haha, seriously impressive. This summer, or maybe next year, I’ll have an even better board ready for you—so come by and ride again! See you next time!
What a great experience! Koa is a really good teacher and gave me some useful pointers for my first time doing e-foil. After a while i got the hang of it and enjoyed it very much. Thank you for a great time!
You were calm and adapted really well! You've got a knack for balancing things, haha. I'm so grateful you came by, and it made me happy to see you having fun! Thanks a lot! Koa
Simple AMAZING🤙🏻 Easy to learn. Koa is a relaxed teacher. You will stand up the first time!🤙🏻 In the morning, the river is calm to learn.
Thank you Jorn! I appreciated to have nice conversation with you! And was happy to see your smile and exited! See you ! Enjoy another E-foiling with your family! Koa
Thanks to Koa and the rest of the Zooty crew, I had 2 e-foil sessions on the Han River to escape the July heat in Seoul.🏄♂️ My 1st session started with an onshore lesson with Koa and then on-water coaching. Koa’s instructions had me up and foiling pretty quickly until my poor balance took over and I fell in. I kept practicing the falling in part with Koa taking videos so my friends and family could have a laugh later. 😂. By the time the battery went flat I had some idea what I was supposed to do even if my execution was lacking. For my 2nd session, Koa gave me a quick refresher and then let me loose on the almost empty (weekday) river. After watching those videos and seeing what I had done wrong, I was up and foiling almost straight away. Soon I was carving turns and doing flybys past the dock. It was great fun and a great way to see another part of Seoul. BTW the river was really clean and fresh and doesn’t have large finned fish like back in Australia. 😎
I'm so glad we got to meet up twice and see your progress on the board. After you left, we had a lot of rain, and the river got really muddy from all the flooding. You sure brought some luck with you! Hope to see you next time! Cheers, Koa
Did this with my twin sons. They picked up e-foiling pretty much instantly. Took me a bit longer. Regardless, Koa was AWESOME. His english was good and his attitude and patience was GREAT. He had lots of helpful pointers and was able to adapt to the different situations that he was faced with (my lack of abilities vs my sons' abundance). My sons are only in town for a couple more days and we are figuring out how to adjust our schedule so that they can go back!
Thank you for your positive feedback and for visiting my place twice. I'm delighted that your twin enjoyed it as well. Since you live in Seoul, please come back again for windsurfing! Looking forward to seeing you on windy days.
