Le cratère volcanique Sete Cidades est une caldeira massive de 5 kilomètres de large située sur l'île de São Miguel aux Açores. Il est surtout célèbre pour ses deux lacs magnifiques, le bleu Lagoa Azul et le vert Lagoa Verde, qui sont nichés dans le cratère.

The Seven Cities are one of the most stunning places I have ever visited. The lagoon, with its shades of blue and green, surrounded by mountains and lush vegetation, looks like an exit from a postcard. The tranquility of the venue, the fresh air and the panoramic views of the viewpoints make the experience unforgettable. Each point offers a different and equally impressive perspective. It is a magical place, perfect for those who appreciate nature, silence and breathtaking landscapes. A mandatory visit to São Miguel!

One of the most impressive views I've ever found: depth, silence and an almost unreal beauty. Visiting the Crater of Seven Cities was one of the most striking moments . The view of the lagoons, one clearer and another deeper, surprises you when you reach the viewpoint. Access is easy and well signed, but it is worth going with a guide. I recommend walking a bit around the tracks — each curve reveals a different framework and is well worth it
