Les plages de sable blanc de Waikiki ne sont pas les seules incroyables attractions d'Oahu. Aucune visite ne serait complète sans avoir vu les emblématiques sommets d'Oahu. Ce tour en hélicoptère de 30 minutes offre une vue imprenable sur Diamond Head, les trois sommets du mont Olomana et Nu'uanu Pali. Sur le chemin, vous verrez également les eaux émeraude de la baie d'Haunama, le phare de Makapu'u Point et Pearl Harbor.

Votre expérience de visite en hélicoptère commence sur la rive sud de l'île afin que vous puissiez voir l'horizon d'Honolulu et le cratère Diamond Head d'une manière impossible depuis la plage.
Les eaux abritées de la baie de Hanauma et les incroyables récifs coralliens passent en dessous de vous alors que vous vous envolez parmi les falaises et les affleurements volcaniques à proximité, vestiges de la naissance volcanique de l'île.
En contournant Makapu’u Point, vous suivez la côte au vent et ses longues étendues de plages de sable blanc et ses eaux turquoises qui vous mènent vers les magnifiques montagnes au-delà.
En vous tournant vers l'intérieur, vous passez les trois pics acérés du célèbre mont. Olomana, caractéristique de sa traduction anglaise, «colline divisée».
La végétation tropicale luxuriante de la vallée de Nu’uanu masque un secret: Oahu est né du feu.
Un passage à couper le souffle à travers les falaises de Nu’uanu Pali et les forêts tropicales luxuriantes qui s'y trouvent vous ramène du côté sous le vent de l'île et de Pearl Harbor.
Le vol se termine par un passage au-dessus de l'USS Arizona Memorial et une nouvelle appréciation des origines volcaniques d'Oahu et de son terrain spectaculaire.

Must go experience! I thought I would be feared of height turned out it’s not scary at all! Only the splendid view will shock you! And thanks to the great flying skill of captain JoJo, stable and smooth, I feel safe during the trip. Anyway, very much worth it!

The Rainbow Helicopter team is professional and helpful. They are really responsive to questions through the Viator app. Josh was the pilot for today's flight. He was excellent handling the bird and answering questions. It was my first helicopter ride and I felt confident in his ability to show us around the island and get us safely back on the ground.
