Be careful

Be careful. We knew we were overpaying but then received tickets for a Spanish tour. We did not order this nor do we speak Spanish.

Our records show that you purchased a "Skip the Line" ticket, which does not include a guided tour or a Spanish language option. However, it appears that upon arrival, you were allowed entry using a guided tour voucher to facilitate your access to the skip-the-line lane. Since you did not order a guided tour and do not speak Spanish, this was likely an administrative error at the entrance where the wrong voucher type was scanned or applied to your entry.

Very easy process, picked...

Very easy process, picked up tickets and were directed right to the line for easy entry. Would recommend the early time slots to avoid big crowds.

Smooth experience

Good communication. There was a hiccup with my reservation but he fixed it before I even noticed, and upgraded my ticket. Went out of his way and I would use them again.

Terrible experience,...

Terrible experience, I purchased the tour with a Spanish guide, but I was assigned one in French. I am waiting for the refund of my money.

Usted no compró una visita guiada con un guía hispanohablante; su pedido era específicamente para entradas sin colas. Friendly tour guide and educational. You walk around with an audio guide. You get to see many paintings and sculptures.

Extremely Helpful Staff

We had booked an 11:30am timeslot for our tour at the Vatican Museums, but we ended up running late because of the unexpected huge crowds at St. Peter’s Basilica. I was really worried we would miss our slot, but the staff was extremely helpful! They kindly rescheduled us to the 12:00pm timeslot without any hassle. On top of that, they gave us very clear and detailed instructions on how to enter the museum smoothly. We highly appreciated their flexibility and genuine willingness to help. Thank you so much to the team – we would definitely recommend this tour/experience because of how well they handled the situation!

Helpful tour guide saved us time in line. Beautiful experience but if you have walking challenges, there are chairs to rest.

The vendor failed to...

The vendor failed to deliver the advertised service. Less than 24 hours before the scheduled visit, I was notified that the Sistine Chapel would be closed on my visit date — even though the vendor had already sold me tickets that included access to it. The vendor refused to refund or reschedule, citing a “no refund within 24 hours” policy. However, this closure was clearly known to them in advance, meaning the tickets were sold under false pretenses. I was effectively charged for a service that could not be provided.

Unfortunately, the closure which led to a lastminute decision by the Vatican to restrict access on that day. We received the official notice less than 24 hours before the scheduled visit and immediately informed all affected guests as soon as we were made aware. we are unable to offer a refund ourselves, despite our best efforts. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and hope you understand that this situation was beyond our control. Get inside within 15 minutes

Super friendly service, easy to book, got the ticket, skipped the line like a charm, instead of waiting 2+ hours in the queue. Nice one.
