Dear Kim, thank you so much for taking the time to share your review! We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your private tour and that Irene was able to tailor the itinerary to your preferences. For our returning guests who already know Rome well, we always love discovering and showing those hidden, lesser-known gems that make the Eternal City so magical. It was a pleasure having you on board our luxury minivan, and we hope to welcome you back for more unique explorations in the future! Warm regards, ciao! roberto

Dear Angela, thank you for your update and for acknowledging Irene's extensive knowledge and thoroughness. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed her company as your guide. Regarding the stop at the catacombs, we would like to gently clarify that Irene explicitly asked at the very beginning of the tour if you would be interested in visiting them, and you agreed to the stop. Since the catacombs require a guided group visit inside, the timing is unfortunately fixed by the site's administration. To ensure this visit did not cut into your scheduled itinerary, Irene actually extended your total tour time by an extra 20 minutes. She did her absolute best to make sure you still visited every single planned stop on the route without missing anything. We are truly sorry if this addition made the rest of the day feel rushed rather than enriched, as that was never our intention. We always strive to adapt our tours to our clients' wishes in real time. Thank you again for your valuable feedback, which helps us refine how we communicate timing and itineraries with our guests. Best regards, roberto

Chaleureusement, roberto

Dear Haben, thank you so much for taking the time to share your spectacular experience with us! We are absolutely delighted to hear that your family tour of Rome was so memorable, and we will be sure to pass along your wonderful words to Irene. It takes a truly special guide to keep a party of six—especially with four children—fully engaged, energized, and captivated by the history of our beautiful city. Irene takes great pride in bringing Rome's stories to life rather than just reciting facts, so knowing that she made the ancient ruins feel alive for your family means the world to us. We would love to welcome you and your family back to Rome for another unforgettable adventure in the future! Warmest regards! Ciao! roberto
