Si vous êtes un amateur d'aventure et de sensations fortes, c'est pour vous une visite de la ville de Roatan et Parasail au-dessus de la plage de West Bay ce sera l'une de vos plus belles expériences sur l'île pendant que vous profitez d'une promenade en douceur et de l'air pur, avant de profiter du reste de la journée en découvrant le récif de corail coloré Roatan et tout ce qui nage par là. Notre équipage de parachute ascensionnel a un dossier de sécurité impeccable de plus de 15 ans de vol sans accident et va lentement libérer le Parasail jusqu'à atteindre une altitude de croisière de presque 800 pieds. Il y a une limite de poids de 600 livres par voile. C'est le poids total, pas le poids par personne. La limite de poids est en place pour des raisons de sécurité. Vous devez également avoir au moins 5 ans pour faire du parachute ascensionnel dans une activité pleine d'adrénaline que vous n'oublierez jamais. Profitez de la plage de West Bay d'en haut sur un hors-bord qui croise le long de la côte, vous aurez une vue panoramique sur l'île de Roatan. Le parachute ascensionnel est une façon inoubliable de passer votre journée à la plage.

Point de rendez-vous des instructions après être descendu de votre navire : Il y a deux quais pour navires à Roatan. Il s'agit du port de croisière de Mahogany Bay où accostent Carnival Cruises, Princess Cruises, Holland America Cruises, Costa Cruises et d'autres navires. Ensuite, il y a le port du centre-ville de Roatan où les croisières Royal Caribbean, les croisières de célébrités, les croisières Norwegian, les croisières TUI et d'autres navires accostent. Si votre navire est amarré une fois au port de croisière de Mahogany Bay, vous descendez de votre navire, traversez la zone commerçante, passez les fontaines d'eau jusqu'au bâtiment rouge sur la droite. C'est le terminal des taxis blancs, c'est un couloir piétonnier au bout du couloir, tournez à gauche sur le trottoir et montez et traversez la colline en passant par le grand portail vert. De l'autre côté de la colline, un représentant vous attendra 1 à 2 heures après l'arrivée de votre navire avec un accueil chaleureux et le sourire aux lèvres, prêt à faire de votre journée un moment mémorable, recherchez le panneau Roatan Anderson Tours. Si vous êtes en fauteuil roulant ou en scooter, vous pouvez prendre un taxi pour vous amener sur la colline moyennant 2 $ de plus. REMARQUE : Des chauffeurs et un guide indépendants locaux essaieront de vous vendre une visite. Dites-leur simplement que vous avez réservé avec nous et ils vous laisseront tranquille. Après votre excursion pleine d'excitation, d'adrénaline et de plaisir, nous vous ramènerons personnellement par-dessus la colline à l'intérieur de la porte. . Si votre navire est amarré au port du centre-ville de Roatan, à Coxen Hole, une fois que vous aurez quitté votre navire, il vous sera beaucoup plus facile de nous trouver. Sortez tout droit, passez devant tous les magasins, puis tournez à droite. Vous verrez de nombreux kiosques touristiques continuer à travers le terminal en faisant une petite gauche tout droit vers la rue principale une fois sorti de la porte n°1, regardez de l'autre côté de la rue le panneau Roatan Anderson Tours, un représentant vous attendra 1 à 2 heures après l'arrivée du navire. . Si vous vous faites des amis à bord ou si vous avez un membre de votre famille et qu'ils n'ont pas réservé chez nous mais que vous souhaitez nous accompagner, ce n'est pas un problème, nous les accueillerons avec vous. Une fois à l'extérieur et que vous avez du mal à nous localiser, n'hésitez pas à demander à l'agent de sécurité ou à tout autre associé de la tournée local le panneau Shervin Hamilton ou Roatan Anderson Tours.

The trip started out well, that's why it is not 1 star. The driver was pleasant and helpful. The problem started once we got to the destination beach area. We were told we had to wait around 30 minutes for the boat to arrive to take us para sailing. We had no problem with that and relaxed in the water to wait. After about an hour we inquired about the boat and were told it was on the way now and were told to wait a few minutes longer. This happened several times for a total of around 2 and 1/2 hours. At that point we were told the boat was having a problem and would be coming later. The entire time that tried to make us stay until 5pm, even though the excursion time on the ticket stated it ended at 1pm. The boat owner was not pleasant and neither were the other workers that were waiting around. We were told we needed to ride the jet skis they had sitting around and, after some back and forth, we finally agreed so that hopefully the entire excursion time would not be wasted. We rode a jet ski for around half an hour then returned to the shore. The owner then used the fact that we rode a jet ski to justify the fact that they were not going to take us para-sailing and said we exchanged our para-sailing for the jet ski ride. Do not trust this excursion to take you to all of the activities that were sold as part of the experience. They have denied our request for a partial refund and used the 30 minute jet ski ride to justify this. They are dishonest people and were not willing to help us with the situation. Viator has been completely unhelpful in this situation as well. The fact that they will not even issue a partial refund to compensate us for the missed activities, that were missed solely at the fault of the company, is further evidence that they should not be trusted and do not care about providing their customers a good experience.
Hi hope all is well my name is SHERVIN ANDERSON owner of the company i was the one coordinating your day the tour started well when you got to the beach the boat had already left with it first guest while they was on their way back in the boat had some engine trouble witch can happen anytime to any mechanical motor you was ask to wait few minutes to try to serve the issue my brother Antony witch was your driver offer to send you snorkeling first witch was included in your tour to buy the guys more time to repair the boat you deny and once they saw it needed more time you was offer the jet ski insted or head back to the ship you took the jet ski instead you did that you relax on the beach at the beach club having your few drinks tell you was ready to head back so please stop trying to make us look bad or sound like were unprofessional we does this everyday to take food home to our family we deppend on turisum here on our island and we try our best even when you was making our life hard to please you we took care of you tell you get back on your ship you didnt waited that long as you stating i would had never make that happen i preffer give you your money back belive me after you got back you file for refund i told you i couldnt do so cause i had to pay for the jet ski your beach access and your driver for taking you and bring you back but am truly sorry things happen like that and you feel that way hope you enjoy the rest your cruise maybe who know maybe in the future you came back we can make it right
Really enjoyed another great snorkel with William as our captain. Great spot with a lot of cool fish and the largest conch shell! The parasail was also beautiful!
I met Paul from Anderson Tours and he paired me with a tour guide and group to start my tour on time while he waited on a few persons who were running behind. I had the best tour guide(s) in Mahogany Bay! Allen and his friend George who happened to be in town took the best care of us on the island. I didn't know what I was in for as a solo traveler but they made sure all of my needs were met along with the rest of the group. When we stopped for fresh Rambutan (lycee) on the side of the gas station I knew it was going to be a sweet day! Allen knew everything about the island and answered all the questions from the group while George shared details of tourism and history of the cultures on the island. We drove around the tightest streets in that mini van but he had no fear of the hills and humps. We drove up the hill to a shopping spot with a beautiful cliff view (300 ft high); we drove down the hill to Mayan Eden to visit with the Monkeys and Sloths; we drove around the hill to the Mayak Chocolate shop and around the hill to the Rum shop. We kept going to Banarama where we were able to snorkel, grab lunch and eventually go parasailing. The reefs were gorgeous and the fish were friendly. They swam all around us and weren't camera shy at all. Even the jellyfish didn't sting. Up in the air I had a chance to view the island from 700 feet high. It felt like being on a swing in the clouds and I had no worries or cares for those 10 or so minutes. Back down on the pier Allen waited for us and made sure we were all packed away in his van before taking us back to the cruise ship. I can't wait to visit again! The driver (Shenelle) met me at the pick up location and told me I was her only customer for the day. I am a single female traveling alone and l was looking forward to parasailing! It started well, then went downhill from there. 1. Driver offered to take me somewhere to eat. I specifically asked to go "where the locals eat." Not only did she take me to an expensive restaurant right outside the port (where it was clear she got a kickback from the owner), she wrangled a free $28 lobster meal out of me!!!! She asked "Would you like me to eat with you?" I was alone so I agreed. She sat down and I did not hear her place the order. Server delivered the meals and she immediately asked for hers to be packed up TO-GO instead. When the bill was delivered, it was clear she expected ME to pay for it. I actually would not have minded buying her a meal (if she had eaten with me), and not ordered the most expensive thing on the menu - LOBSTER! 2. Upon arrival at the beach, turns out the parasail wasn't operating that day. The driver called the owner and they offered me jet skiing instead. I accepted because I was already there at the beach and was only in port for one day. No parasailing for me! 3. Driver's car could not get back up the steep dirt road, so I had to get out and wait about 45 minutes while she kept trying. She finally was successful backing it all the way up in reverse. 4. I discovered later that she lied about the gas prices, cost of living in Roatan, and that she hadn't had much work lately. In retrospect, it's clear she was setting the stage for me to feel pity for her, and guilty for being an American with money on vacation. I was female, alone in a poor country and didn't feel comfortable making a scene. I felt taken advantage of as a tourist and the driver's behavior was unprofessional and predatory. I have also lodged a complaint with Viator.
Our Tour guide was name Allen “Sexy Chocolate” ask for him and I promise he will make this experience worth your wild. I had the time of my life! The staff was super friendly, safety was too priority, and most of all we got alot of bang for our buck. If you are thinking of booking this excursion look no further this is the place to go! Roatan is by far on my top 5 travel list after such an amazing experience. Thank you again Allen!
The staff was very friendly and helpful we learned a lot about the island and the different cultures, also very honest, they took care of our stuff while we were having fun and they make sure that we were always safe
Not only did we do this sea adventure, we were so impressed we used them for everything Roatan on our trip. After snorkeling, they took us to a local restaurant on the water with home cooking., local musicians and we felt like we were with family. Trustworthy, kind, and a real peek inside beautiful Roatan.
