Lieux et horaires de prise en charge
Si votre hôtel ne figure pas dans la liste, veuillez nous indiquer où vous séjournez afin que notre équipe puisse organiser un point de rendez-vous et une heure de prise en charge qui vous conviennent. Nous proposons deux horaires de visite : la visite du matin, avec prise en charge dans les zones de Cancun et Playa del Carmen entre 8h00 et 8h30, et dans la zone de Tulum entre 7h00 et 8h00. Notre deuxième option est la visite de midi, avec une prise en charge dans les zones de Cancun et Playa del Carmen entre 12h00 et 12h30, et dans la zone de Tulum entre 11h00 et 12h00. Nous arriverons au parc environ 1h30 après la prise en charge. L'heure exacte de prise en charge sera communiquée par notre représentant par e-mail ou SMS. Pour les hôtels de Tulum et les hébergements Airbnb, le point de rendez-vous désigné est le supermarché Super Aki Tulum du centre-ville. Veuillez planifier en conséquence vos besoins de transport.

- Pour des mesures de sécurité, l'utilisation de téléphones portables n'est pas autorisée pendant les activités
- Nous vous recommandons d'apporter : vêtements de rechange, serviette, chaussures fermées, maillot de bain, crème solaire et répulsif biodégradable, lunettes de soleil et bandanas pour VTT
- L'assurance VTT est incluse, vous n'avez pas besoin de payer de supplément

I recommend the VIP upgrade. Everything was great about this excursion. Transport was on time and the driver was a gentleman. Our tour guide, Tony, was the man, he made us feel at home and was as well a gentleman, he brought great vibes to the trip. The Cenote was absolutely jaw dropping and the unlimited Tacitos, tequila and margarita was very delicious.

This experience was not at all what we were hoping for. The level of challenge should have been expressed in the details. There are only two zip lines. The ATVs were not the best either. The service was very slow. Lot’s of wasted time. We were also delayed for 45 mins because three passengers from another tour missed there bus and the remaining bus drivers were trying to fit them on ours.

Very fun experience. It was much more fun than a different excursion the previous day. Zip lining was never anything on our "TO DO" list especially doing it upside down. However, the staff was very professional and friendly. Their process is smooth. We both enjoyed our adventure.

ATV Amazing was OK. The attractions themselves were great! The zipline was fun and perfect for our kids (15, 12, 10 yo) who were first timers. They weren't so high up to be scary. The ATV ride was super fun and with a guide so we felt safe doing it. The cenote swim had a really fun zipline and diving board you can jump off of. The not so fun parts: they charged us extra for our location pick up, which I thought was included in the booking. The weird thing was that we were actually only 15 minutes from this place so I'm not sure why they charged us extra. The whole process of checking in, doing the activities, and being fed felt rushed and a little disorganized. There was a big group who checked in with us and it felt like they were just trying to get us through all the stuff. Next time, they should have big groups have their own check in time. Better organization as far as check in and moving through the activities would have been better. It would have also been really good to have one person in charge of the whole group--as we went from attraction to attraction, we were just kind of herded around-so if we had questions or concerns, we really didn't know who to approach. The only time we felt welcomed and relaxed was during the cenote swim where the guy in charge was friendly and charming and encouraged us to relax and have fun. There were extra optional charges: $5 for insurance for the ATV ride (we didn't take it) and $35 per person for the photos.

First, we are glad that you and your family enjoyed each of the activities that are designed with families like you in mind, to experience the best adventure in the Mexican Caribbean jungle. On the other hand, the extra charge was probably confusing, you booked for a double ATV and according to the number of your group, one of you need to drive a single ATV and you had to pay the extra charge at check in. We will improve our check in process, with your suggestions you give us. Lastly, regarding the staff, we have certified guides at each activity station, and it is complicated for one guide to be with the group during the whole tour, but we will improve the organization so that you have an excellent day with us. Booked over the phone a month prior. On the day of we found out the agent booked us for the wrong date. Aviator works sepetately from the hotel pickup service and seperately from the atv/cenote location so had to talk to a representative for over an hour while all 15 people were waiting. Had to book 3 extra spots but the bus left without those people. Did not get a refund even though we tried to cancel less than 1 hour after booking. For the money the experience was NOT worth it. Despite having paid $187 extra we could not use it for any of the other activities because that's something visitor had to solve and they were not willing to let the group use our own money for anything else. Horrible experience, horrible customer service. Do not book this activity!!!
Hi Vicentia, thank you very much for sharing your experience with us. We have investigated your tour situation and would like to clarify a few points. We have received a notification about your booking stating through Viator that you have changed your tour date from March 23 to February 25. You contacted us and we helped you to do the tour on February 23 despite having your reservation on the 25th we were able to get the tour places and gave you this exception to be able to enjoy the tour. We remind you that in order to get an effective cancellation you must cancel with more than 24 hours of your tour as we occupy the places for other visitors, so we can not proceed to a refund.
