Profitez du soleil, d'une croisière, de la plongée en apnée et d'un coucher de soleil unique en son genre... Découvrez le célèbre Rick's Café lors de cette croisière en catamaran, passez du temps à la plage à Margaritaville, faites de la plongée en apnée à Sandy Cove Reef et observez les sauteurs de falaise au Rick's Café, partez chez Ricks, dégustez un punch au rhum froid ou une bière Stripe rouge. Puis, après un après-midi bien rempli, nous mettons les voiles devant les couchers de soleil sur Negril. Transferts inclus. Faites la fête à bord d'une croisière réservée aux adultes ou nous proposons des journées en famille, des boissons à volonté à bord et des collations légères pendant que vous admirez le paysage le long de la plage de 7 Mile. HORRIBLE!!!! On 9.27.2024, Island Charter LTD chose $$$ over the safety of the passagerners including, a 7-8 month old baby and my 84 year old mother. We had no idea we had to walk 500 feet through 5-7 feet waves. There were 6 lifeguards to assist the passengers. My belongs got wet despite putting my belongings in a plastic provided my Margaritaville. Once on board, it began to rain and it started lightening while passengers were snorkeling. Once we arrived at Rick's Cafe, we had to turn around because there were no shuttle boats. We learned that there was a marine warning and the other catamaran excursions canceled. But not Island Charters ! Island Charters was only concerned with $$$$. HORRIBLE!!! We never made it to Rick's Cafe!!
The videos of All of your group dancing, drinking and partying onboard prove the total opposite to your review NO INJURIES WERE REPORTED TO ANY STAFF, or THE HOTEL OR THE DRIVER…OR VIATOR by you or anyone in your group Your group were rude and very Disrespectful to all staff
Thunderstorms, snorkeling was not good. A lot of money for nothing really. Was looking forward to seeing a good snorkling area and we couldn’t go there. Would have rather had a refund and stayed at our resort. Not fun.
Feeding the fish bananas. Watching a pod of wild dolphins as well as seeing a sea turtle. Had a wonderful time. 💕✌️🇯🇲🦋
Overall enjoyed the trip but certainly not my favorite snorkeling experience. First, it was ONE 30 minute snorkel for a four hour trip. And they forced us to wear life jackets, so not really a snorkel excursion in my book. More like a float on the surface and view. Wouldn't have been an issue IF this had been disclosed to me BEFORE I purchased or boarded the ship. I am not a ship captain, but felt the skiff back to the catamaran was overloaded. If you're looking for loud music, lots of drinking, this is the cruise for you. If you want to go snorkeling, I suggest looking elsewhere. This is all my personal opinion.
Thet had to cancel our trip as they didn’t have enough customers and they were unable to reschedule to meet our needs. Waiting for a complete refund.
Refunds are processed the same time the you declined to go on the sunset cruise instead, we have no control of the process once it’s cancelled, that’s down to the card company it takes a couple of days to show up Why would you leave a one star review if you didn’t cruise.. ?????? On Xmas day too
This was the best excursion on our trip. The host made it fun and exciting. I would love to do this again!
The customer service from the first email inquiry to the drop back to our hotel was friendly, professional and curious. Sharyn Blake response to my emailed inquiry to payment not only was quick but very professional and through. I was thankful because we were a last minute two who were included nicely. Although late picked up at our hotel, the day started with lots of smiles and professional attitude from the bus operator and host/mc. We were met our catermaran boat at Margareitaville in Negril. During our wait time we got photo opportunities and cool drinks. We met our boat and was off to a beautiful day. The staff on board were friendly. The music was great the entire ride. Our drinks were served to us. Because I cannot swim, I thought I was not going to leave the boat. This was so not true. The crew lifejacketed me up and I was able to see and experience the caves and the water also. The crew took pics & video of my daughter and I. Loved this excursion and strongly recommend it to everyone....even if you cannot swim! The covid19 restrictions and observations were strictly enforced
