Awesome boat trip. Really well organised. Food was great. The bags we stopped in gave us ideal time to swim and jump from The boat. Great value for an all day family trip.
Really a great boat trip, long enough for two restless young people. Three lovely bathing stops and good food! Very friendly and helpful staff. Cozy boat with plenty of space for everyone who went with
An excellent experience that families, couples and all should strongly consider, with its laid back and fun atmosphere. Our host Pannos was very accommodating and funny and helped add to the experience. Hats off to the crew aswell who were more than happy to sort us out with free ice cold waters and beers. The 3 stops are absolutely perfect and the 50 minute stops felt like more than enough time for a swim/snorkel (goggles etc provided by the crew). With around 40 people onboard there was plenty of room for everyone and it never felt cramped! A must do if you have half a day to spare in Rhodes. The £55 cost per person was well worth it especially when you consider the included lunch(very tasty), snacks and drinks.
Perfect experience from start to finish. We loved the length of the trip, so despite being worried it would feel too long and become boring or too hot in the sun, this never was a concern. The price was great for what you get, considering all of the food, views and brilliant organisation. The staff were brilliant, particularly shoutout to the host Panos who was informative while providing a laugh and a good time. We found we didn’t drink much alcohol as we were too busy soaking in the views and spent all the allocated time we could in the sea. However, if you wanted to get even more of your money, this would be easily achieved as they certainly are all-inclusive (for the wine, beer, soft drinks, etc as stated). The atmosphere was pleasant. It was certainly a full boat, with there being just enough seats for everyone, however this was expected and didn’t ruin the trip at all. Highlight of the trip was the length of time you get stopped at the different bays. Our favourite was Anthony Quinn Bay, it’s so beautiful! Definitely the best for a trip if you want to see different bays rather than going to one singular spot. Note: you need to arrive earlier than the slot, we were 10 minutes early and were the last ones on the boat!
Great trip! Friendly and entertaining staff. Everything was well organized and family friendly. Would highly recommend
We booked a day cruise with Royal Sailing Rhodes 3 months in advance. Less than 24 hours before departure, they emailed us saying they "do not operate the tour." However, we went to the meeting spot anyway and watched the boat take off completely full and on time. They clearly overbooked and kicked us out. Please note that because they officially cancelled our booking, Viator does not allow us to leave a review there—which hides these bad experiences from future travelers. To make it worse, the manager's only response to our ruined vacation was, "that is an unfortunate situation," offering zero help. Avoid Royal Sailing Rhodes. Go to Princess Sailing Cruises right next door instead—they saved our day with incredible service, great food, and comfortable seats!
Amazing experience with Royal Sailing in Rhodes! ⛵️ We visited beautiful beaches with crystal-clear waters and had a fantastic day at sea. The service was excellent, the staff very friendly and professional, and the captain was experienced and welcoming. Everything was perfectly organized. Highly recommended for an unforgettable day in Rhodes! 🌊☀️
We were well looked after and the boat was clean and well equipped. The two boys loved jumping from the top deck and exploring some caves. Good hospitality and chilled boat trip. Thanks
Super nice day cruise done. Very nice contact with Carin. She made sure we got nice spots on the boat. Very nice that she speaks Dutch. Cruise was very laid back. I was a little worried about being seasick. But this wasn't necessary at all. Sailing is very quiet. Not deep at sea. Always stops 50 min at 3 clear waters. Very nice. Lunch is well catered for, and was very tasty. Rice, pasta salad, chicken feet, tomato cucumber salad, bread, tzazikie sauce. In the morning we got a doughnut. After lunch, watermelon. You can lie down on the boat. We lay in the shade in the middle of the boat. You can jump off the boat and swim. Also music on the boat was very nice. Not too hard, not too soft. There is also a toilet attached to drills. Super clean. Just a great day.
Okay for the money, but don’t expect anything wow. Overall, this was an average experience and probably okay considering the price, but there are a few things worth keeping in mind. We were seated in the very back section of the boat, where we could barely hear the music or anything from the person acting as the “guide.” He didn’t really provide much information about the landscape or the places we were passing anyway, and it felt like the people at the back of the boat were mostly ignored. The food was okay-ish. The Greek salad, however, wasn’t really a Greek salad as it didn’t contain feta cheese. The snorkeling equipment was also in pretty poor condition. The floating noodles were not enough for everyone either, mainly because some people were taking more than one. So, overall, it’s an okay experience for the price, but I would recommend keeping your expectations moderate. If you’re looking for something special or well-organized, this probably isn’t it.
