Excellent guides who took the time to explain everything as well as provide knowledge regarding rescue in cold waters. They even let us jump off the boat w our drysuits on. Great fun!!

Wow, that was definitely an experience. I was extremely nervous before we started walking on the ice and getting in the water, but the guide was so reassuring that we forgot fears and trusted the suits. This is something you need to try

The training team was patient and encouraging. The first time I have done this so we were a little scared. The team put us at ease and we quickly built confidence in the survival suits. Soon we were jumping on the ice to breakthrough. I was concerned about how I would get out of the water and back on solid ice. The instructor explained his technique and it made exiting very easy. I would definitely try this if you have a chance.

Would highly recommend this trip to anyone, fantastic 2 hours spent walking and floating in the frozen sea in Helsinki, Olli was fantastic from start to finish and made the whole experience enjoyable.

Such a nice experience of surviving course on the ice. Though the sea was frozen, we could swim in the iceholes, have fun and enjoy the sun 🌞 Olli the guide was very nice, explained everything clearly and cared for everyone’s safety and comfort during the course. 10/10.

Ollie was a wonderful guide and the experience was amazing! We all really enjoyed swimming in the icy Baltic Sea and really didn’t feel the cold. It was a unique experience that my family will hold dear in our memories!
