La puissante Lütschine offre certains des meilleurs raftings en eau vive des Alpes suisses. Dès le départ, sous la face nord de l'Eiger, des rapides continus de classe III-IV descendent des montagnes pour se jeter dans la vallée d'Interlaken et le lac de Brienz. I had a personal situation that required me to change this booking to another version of the rafting (more familiar one), when I came to talk with them, they did not have any options to accomodate my situation, point me the 48 hours cancel rule in the contract and offer me a 20% discount when i book again with them (Which i dont know if it was a joke or not). Even thought they are completely right following the cancelation policy, I would expect a better cusotmer service during normal personal situation that will affect the booking. I will signal to anyone that book with this company that be sure that you will NOT HAVE any disruptions in your plans, if you do, you will loose your money (500 euros in my case).

Fun & Professional Guides. We were laughing as much as working hard. Equipment in top condition. Safety is paramount to them, so you learn what to do beforehand. So much fun paddling the river as takes some effort. My 1st time with this sort of thing. Done with our adult family. Great Outdoor Activity!

Fun fun fun! They provide all the gear necessary and have protected lockers to guard all your belongings. Professional staff and guides make you feel comfortable and at ease. A lot of fun

The trip was really good. 2 areas of rafting on the trip. The guides were really good. I would recommend the trip, my 15 year old loved it. Only disappointment was having to pay to park the car when it’s on an industrial park which I thought was a little cheeky as the tour is quiet expensive.

What a fun excursion. We rafted all the way to the lake and did some floating and swimming. I got picked up at Interlaken West station which was a minute away from my hotel so it’s very convenient.

Great fun - very well-organised trip with enough thrills and spills for all of us, while feeling very safe. Hudson our guide was excellent and even made the safety briefing fun and memorable.
