Canyoning Interlaken avec OUTDOOR

Fun adventure with the family. Just the right level of adrenaline to see if people like it before doing the higher level trips. water is obviously very cold but refreshing in late June. Great guides! They don't allow you to bring phones. And they require you to pay a significant amount for the video which requires a computer to download. The video only includes each individual person unless combining it with others. However, I don't like that I can't even get one photo all suited up of my family during the trip. They claim you can get it on the website but don't provide instructions to do this. This is also a hassle. This policy should change.

Great fun - accessible for everyone - very safe instructors and felt super secure the whole time.

The Canyoning experience was awesome and the guys who lead the adventure were helpful and great people to lead us. It was a great experience and highly recommended if you are coming to stay in Interlaken and love to be adventurous.

This was the absolute BEST experience! Safe for my 15 year old daughter but challenging enough to entertain my 45 yo husband! Worth every dollar!

The canyoning experience itself was absolutely incredible! Our guides were fantastic—professional, knowledgeable, and made us feel safe while still making the adventure so much fun. This was one of the highlights of my Switzerland trip, and I would absolutely recommend the activity itself. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the video package. I brought my own securely helmet-mounted action camera as I create professional travel content, but I completely understood when I was told personal cameras were not allowed. I was then told by both the front desk staff and our guides that if I purchased the video package, I would receive the individual GoPro clips from my experience. Instead, I received only a 1 minute 30 second edited highlight reel with captions and music. This is not what was advertised or what I was told I was purchasing. The edited video cuts out many of the best moments, removes the original audio, and isn’t usable for the type of content I create. I’m hopeful this is simply a misunderstanding and can be resolved by sending the original unedited individual GoPro clips. If that happens, I will happily update this review to reflect the excellent customer service and the amazing experience I had on the canyon. The adventure deserves five stars—I just hope the video package can match it.

It was our 1st time canyoning and it was such a great experience for beginners. It felt like a natural water park and was very refreshing on a hot day. We would definitely do it again maybe something a bit longer.

If you’re on the fence about canyoning, this is your sign to book it — especially if Rayno is your guide. From the first safety briefing to the last rappel, the whole experience was equal parts thrilling and reassuring. Rayno was fantastic. He’s clearly a pro: super knowledgeable about the canyon, patient with first-timers, and had an uncanny ability to know exactly when to crack a joke to calm the nerves before a big jump. He tailored everything to our group’s comfort level, pointed out hidden rock features and little waterfalls you’d totally miss on your own, and made safety feel effortless without ever killing the vibe. The route itself was stunning — crystal-clear pools, natural slides, and a few abseils that gave us all bragging rights. But what made it 5-stars was Rayno’s energy. He’s encouraging, hilarious, and genuinely stoked to share his love for the canyon. We walked away feeling like we’d conquered something epic and made a friend. Can’t recommend this experience — and Rayno — enough. 10/10, would jump off cliffs with him again.

My wife and I had an absolute blast on this trip! Our guides Andy and Gerard were incredible very easy going and fun but also made sure everyone was safe and comfortable. We were originally scheduled for the Chli Schliere canyoning but due to heavy rain ended up having to cancel. Outdoor went above and beyond to still get us on a canyoning trip while we were still in town for our honeymoon. The interlaken Canyoning is great because it only takes a few hours and you still get some of the jumps and drops! Definitely recommend!

We had a great experience canyoning as we were told and helped to prepare ourselves for a quite a day of hiking, climbing and sliding down an ice-cold waterfall! We recommend this to anyone young or old who is up to a challenge and willing to take some small risks for a great time.
