Airport: Your chauffeur will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a personalized name sign. They will assist with your luggage and escort you to the vehicle. 1 hour of free waiting time is included after landing. Hotels / Residences: Your chauffeur will wait at the hotel reception or in front of the provided address (private residence, apartment, Airbnb, etc.). 30 minutes of free waiting time are included. Your chauffeur will contact you before pick-up by phone or via the Viator or TripAdvisor messaging system, based on the contact details you provided. You may also communicate by SMS or WhatsApp if enabled. If needed, you can leave a message directly via Viator or TripAdvisor. Important: No address changes after booking Cancellation: 100% charge if less than 24 hours before departure Waiting Policy: For airports: Beyond 1 hour of free waiting time after landing, the chauffeur will be required to leave and the transfer will be considered as completed. For hotels / private addresses: After 30 minutes of free waiting time, the chauffeur may leave the pick-up location and the service will be considered as completed. Additional note: If the delay exceeds the included waiting time, a new booking will be required to use the service, with no refund for the initial transfer. Return journey: Must be booked separately (same process as the outbound trip).
