We spent four days - three different tours - with Bogdan. He was an incredible guide with a wealth of knowledge. Is professionalism and manners wire impeccable. It was amazing. We did a tour of Bucharest, a day trip to Constanta / Black Sea, and a two day trip to Sibiu and Bran. Highly recommend
A fantastic tour with 4 friends, and Mihai was our best guide! The route was well planned. During the 3-day trip, we went to Peles Castle, Brasov, the fortified church and Bran Castle. We also visited a Roma village and had tasty Romanian cuisine. Mihai is professional and knowledgeable. A very enjoyable trip and definitely recommend to everyone!
We hired Mihai for 6 days for Bucharest and Transylvania. He was wonderful. We saw everything we wanted to see and some other things he suggested. His English is perfect. He was prompt for each pickup and he was even able to book some hotels for us. He rented a Mercedes minivan for us. We were two couples seeing Romania for vacation. He is extremely knowledgeable about the country. I would recommend him without reservation for anyone planning to visit Romania.
Thank you Arlene for your words of appreciation. It was a pleasure to be your private guide you in Romania. Wishing you more interesting and safe travels!
First and foremost, our guide Victor was excellent. Lots of information, helpful and always making sure we were pleased. The tour itself was okay. Bran's Castle/Fortress was lots of climbing, stairs and ramps, and not particularly interesting, IMHO. It was built as a fortress and so it is difficult to enter. Brasov was "just a town" It was a long drive (2:45) to the area, both directions. If not for Victor, it would have been a great poor tour.
Thank you William for booking the private tour with us and for your words of appreciation for my colleague Victor. All the details about the long driving are mentioned and we believe Brasov is a great city to get a good perspective of the Saxons' heritage in Transylvania. Also being Monday it was for Peles castle to be closed and that certainly is a must in Romania. Wishing you more interesting and safe travels!
Fabulous communication from booking the trip Fabulous day with a very lovely guide Nothing was to much trouble 🙂 Very knowledgeable and friendly Very safe driver and made us feel like we had known him forever Can’t recommend highly enough 5*
Thank you so much for your words of appreciation, highly enjoy guiding you around Romania! It is part of our protocols to establish a connection with our dear guests once they booked the private tours with us. Wishing you more happy and safe travels!
We have spent 5 days in Bucharest and have very much enjoyed this beautiful historic city but the highlight of our stay was our day with Dan. He was knowledgeable, polite, fun and very accommodating to our requests. He was willing to change course so we could see some villages and local life including a wonderful festival .It was a wonderful day and exactly the "get out of the city" kind of tour we love. Thank you so much. Mary and Karen
Dear Mary and Karen, Even I was not available I am glad you accepted to have Dan as your private tour guide. Thank you for your kind review. We are happy to hear again it was the "get out of the city" tour you love. Wishing you happy travels! Mihai / I Travel in Romania
Great day with Florin who made us discover the castles of Transylvania. Thanks again Charly and Marie from Belgium.
Dan was our tour guide and he was absolultely lovely! The sites itself were alright. Definitely recommend not going on a weekend. But otherwise stunning sceneries all the way through :)
Nothing was too much trouble for Mircea, who picked us up from our hotel bang on time, and delivered us promptly back in the evening after a full, knowledge packed day in Transylvania. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and ensured that we got to see everything on our trip despite some delays due to overcrowding (not his fault at all) at Peles Castle by efficient time keeping. Can highly recommend this guide and tour - thank you again Mircea!
On a raining day, this tour is an excellent idea. We were welcomed in our hotel by our private guide, Angelca. She was marvelous. Excellent knowledge about her country, good driver and very nice person. Thanks again, Angelica for an excellent day.
