Bò Kho est rempli de morceaux de bœuf braisés tendres et désagrégés chargés d'herbes, d'aromates et d'un délicieux bouillon qui se marie parfaitement avec la baguette vietnamienne ! Ou l'autre option est Bánh Canh Cua, considérée comme l'une des meilleures soupes de nouilles aux fruits de mer. Banh Canh Cua propose des nouilles épaisses dans un bouillon jaune clair avec une variété de garnitures.
Aventurez-vous dans le district 5, où la scène de la cuisine de rue de la ville prospère vraiment. Récompensez vos papilles gustatives avec un plat paradisiaque de crème glacée à la noix de coco ou de gelée de noix de coco à base d'eau de coco et de lait de coco dans la coque de noix de coco dans un stand local. Regardez le propriétaire préparer une glace à la noix de coco sous vos yeux. Faites un tour dans la ville pour une vue attrayante sur la vie nocturne et découvrez l'agitation de la rue de la mode. Arrosez le tout avec de la bière locale ou des boissons non alcoolisées, de l'eau minérale et surtout du vin de riz gluant à la banane forestière fait maison qui est brassé dans le pot en argile par Street Food Man Vinny. La banane a été cueillie sur d'immenses bananiers au fond d'une forêt géante du nord-ouest du Vietnam. L'alcool de riz était distillé de la manière la plus traditionnelle dans le village de Vinny, loin de la ville.

We spent a wonderful evening with Catherine & Joyce,both girls arrived if not on time shortly before, waiting for us at our hotel. Even though the traffic looks a bit daunting and it is a bit manic..i felt safe and had no worries while on the back of the bike... it was a lot of fun through the traffic. Now the really good part.. All of the restaurants, eateries and sights we experienced were top tier awsome.. it was defo something we woud not have completed or ventured into on our own.. we are very seasoned travellers but these girls knew the little local spots, ones as a traveller you would miss or walk by.... the food was delecious,fresh, tasty and oh yes delecious!! The pancakes, seafood, Ice creams and beef dishes were all tasty... the explanations and chats were informative and fun.. it felt like were going out to dinner with old friends not new ones! The 4 hours flew by and my belly was full... Highly recommend this tour as a must for any visitor...the private tour was perfect.

We had the absolute best time on our motorbike food tour with Thuy, Clara, John and Tim! Pick up at our hotel was very smooth and we were off into the crazy Saigon traffic. Our tour guides were also the best drivers navigating through the evening! We stopped at 6 places and enjoyed 10 different foods, unique to Vietnam. The food was amazing. We got to experience local places we likely wouldn’t have found on our own, and even Michelin star street food! Not only was the food good but our tour guides were knowledgeable about the food we were eating and about the city and various sites we stopped at. Even after the tour they provided us with recommendations and were very helpful. I highly recommend this tour. It’s such a unique way to see the city and experience amazing local cuisine!!

One of the best experiences we had in Vietnam! The motorbike food tour was an awesome way to experience the city and try authentic Vietnamese food that we never would have found on our own. What an amazing way to experience HCMC! My family (2 adults and 2 teens) booked a private motorcycle food tour and could not have had a better time. Our lead guide Thuy and her team Khanh, Clara and Criss were really the best. Of course we ate a lot of amazing food (it is a food tour after all!) but the best bit of the whole experience was how Thuy and her team treated us as if we were long-lost friends visiting from out of town, they helped us get to know the city, to explore its neighbourhoods and feel like locals whizzing around on scooters in the crazy HCMC traffic. My whole family felt safe, very well looked after and of course very full 😁 100% recommend!

We booked the private street food motorbike tour on a whim and it ended up being the thing we talk about most from Vietnam. Catherine was the reason. She has this way of making you feel less like a customer and more like someone she decided to show around, and she knows every stall owner personally — which is how we ended up eating things we'd have walked straight past. Hannah was equally wonderful and the two of them together are genuinely fun company. Saigon at night from the back of a bike is a different city entirely. Safe riders, excellent English, private so it moved at our pace, and zero pressure at any point. If you're on the fence about a food tour here, this is the one. Thank you both.
