We reserved private transfer from JRO airport to Moshi. Elias was waiting for us outside the airport with a sign clearly stating our name. He was very helpful and kind, even offering to stop if we needed water or snacks. He also provided information about the area on the way to Moshi. It was such a pleasurable experience that we booked Kili Taxi again the next day for transport to Arusha. Elias was again our driver. He was punctual and safe. We will definitely use Kili taxi’s services in the future.

I had a few tours with Viators. Many of them cancelled the tour in last minutes. But this time, it was very smooth and the drives was nice.

Our driver did not show up forcing us to take alternate transportation. I specifically messaged the company with our arrival time and got a positive response but still a no show

Very great experience! I am a solo traveler and it gave such peace of mind to have this preset and organized before my arrival. My driver was extremely professional, there was a sign with my name on it to easily locate and they drove me to my destination safely. I would highly recommend using their services!
