Vous serez pris en charge par votre guide soit à votre hôtel du centre-ville de Munich ou à Munich Hauptbahnhof (gare centrale). Après votre visite sur le site du Mémorial, vous retournerez à votre hôtel ou dans un endroit du centre de Munich de votre choix.

Après avoir été pris en charge, nous nous dirigerons vers l’ancien site commémoratif du camp de concentration de Dachau en transport en commun.
La visite est conçue pour suivre les recommandations du Comité international de Dachau (CID), un groupe de survivants qui ont contribué à la création du Mémorial Museum, l'objectif étant de suivre le "Sentier des prisonniers". La tournée suit les prisonniers depuis leur arrivée jusqu'à l'administration, leur vie quotidienne et parfois leur mort. La visite comprend également: • Discussion sur les différents types de camps existants • Evolution du système de camps de concentration • Explication de la façon dont Dachau est devenue le camp modèle pour l’ensemble du système • Histoires de survivants individuels • Discussion sur la manière dont le peuple allemand gère cet aspect de son histoire • Comment le site commémoratif est devenu un lieu d’apprentissage intégral
Après avoir visité le complexe du musée et visité les bâtiments d'origine, y compris la chambre à gaz d'origine et les crématoriums, la visite reprendra le lieu de départ d'origine (gare centrale de Munich ou de votre logement).

Very informative. Our guide did a good job explaining how and why the Nazis came to power. How propaganda played a big role in the regime. It’s very important we learn from the past so that history doesn’t repeat itself.
Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He gave us a great overview on the ride to Dachau so that he could focus on specifics while on site. He also gave us time to explore on our own as well. Of course this is a very emotional tour so he allowed us time to simply "be" with the experience. He did a great job keeping us away from the large group tours so we could hear him and ask questions as needed. I highly recommend this private tour.
Keith did a fantastic job with the history; not only of Dachau but the events leading up to it and the surrounding area. He also gave some good history on the other nations who contributed to the demise of people who were imprisoned at Dachau and other camps. I learned more about this part of history from Keith in a day than ever before. Very well done and mindful of our time and desires within the tour.

After my travel buddy opted out of the tour having been overwhelmed by our tour of Eagle’s Nest the day before, I had the ultimate pleasure of a private tour of Dachau. Keith Finneran, my guide, is a well trained guide and tailored the tour to my wishes. I have seen several concentration camps and Dachau is one of the best preserved. Along with excellent reproductions, well designed information plaques, and an extremely well informed guide, this tour exceeded my expectations. The short train and bus ride after being met at my hotel was very convenient. I continue to be impressed by Germany’s preservation and documentation of this horrific time in their recent past.
