Notre voyage commence à la mosquée Koutoubia, le monument le plus emblématique de Marrakech. De l'extérieur, vous admirerez son magnifique minaret du XIIe siècle et découvrirez son histoire fascinante et son importance architecturale. Veuillez noter que l'entrée de la mosquée est réservée aux musulmans, la visite se fait donc uniquement de l'extérieur.
Le quartier du Mellah est un petit ensemble de rues situé à deux pas de la médina, à côté du monumental palais de la Bahia. Aujourd’hui, elle est habitée par des centaines de Juifs, mais entre le XVIe et le XXe siècle, elle abritait l’une des plus grandes communautés juives du pays, composée principalement de Juifs expulsés de la péninsule ibérique et d’autres territoires européens.
Nous explorerons le palais Bahia, chef-d'œuvre de l'architecture marocaine connu pour ses élégantes cours, ses mosaïques colorées et ses magnifiques jardins. En chemin, vous découvrirez son histoire et son passé royal
Au cours de cette visite guidée, nous explorerons ces souks animés et découvrirons le riche patrimoine artisanal de Marrakech, y compris la visite d’un herboriste local. Apprenez-en davantage sur les remèdes traditionnels marocains, les herbes aromatiques, les épices et les produits naturels tout en découvrant les compétences, les traditions et l'artisanat qui ont défini la ville pendant des siècles.
Nous terminerons notre visite à Jemaa el-Fnaa, le cœur animé de Marrakech. Ici, nous profiterons de l'atmosphère animée, découvrirons son importance culturelle et profiterons de la vue sur la place animée remplie d'artistes locaux, de stands de restauration et de la vie quotidienne en ville. La visite se termine ici, vous donnant le temps de continuer à explorer, de dîner à proximité, ou de vous détendre dans un café donnant sur la place.

I travelled to Marrakesh with Flavours holidays from UK. On one of our days they introduced us to a wonderful guide Mohamed. He showed 9 of us around his wonderful city. I had such an interesting day that I asked him to show me more of the city on a few solo days I had at the end of my trip. His knowledge is outstanding, he brings colour to everything in an interesting and relaxed way. I spent several hours with Mohammed and felt so relaxed and heard. He made me feel like two friends sharing a day together. As a single traveller that was so reassuring. A smile was never far away and Mohammed’s kindness was always there. I learnt more from him than I could ever of done on my own. Such a fantastic way to see this beautiful colourful city. I am so grateful and glad to have spent the time with him and would recommend to everyone who is visiting Marrakesh.

Mohamed was a wonderful tourguide, as a solo female traveler it’s nice to have some guidance when you first arrive in a new place. Mohamed easily adjusted his tour to my needs, interests and tempo. I picked a more general tour as an introduction to Marrakech, I could tell he had some great historical knowledge as well as Witt to make my visit light and pleasant. We did walk around a lot, but this is perfect for me as I prefer to discover places on foot. It came in handy for navigating during the rest of my stay. I will definitely hire him as a guide for my future trips to Marakesh and Morocco. Thank you again

We had the best tour with Mohamed! He took us to all the sites and showed us some hidden gems along the way. Mohammed was wonderful! After landing in Morocco travelling solo, Mohammad put me at ease in an overwhelming city. He picked me up from the hotel, provided thorough explanations on everything as we walked through the medina, including history, current situation and answering any and all questions I had, providing a really good insight into life and the past in Morocco.
