Embarquez pour une exploration exaltante des paysages enchanteurs de West Cork avec notre eBike Adventure. Ce tout nouveau circuit est un tour unique et vallonné qui se déroule presque entièrement sur bóithríní, les étroites routes de campagne typiques de l'Irlande rurale. La suspension sophistiquée de nos vélos électriques à la pointe de la technologie permet d'aborder ces pentes en un clin d'œil, ouvrant le terrain vallonné à explorer comme jamais auparavant. Commençant et se terminant dans le pittoresque village de pêcheurs d'Union Hall, ce circuit passionnant traverse le cœur de West Cork, atteignant les coins captivants de Myross, Leap, Rosscarbery et Glandore. Avec une distance d'environ 40 kilomètres, notre circuit en vélo électrique est une délicieuse combinaison de beauté naturelle, d'histoire riche et de patrimoine culturel. Cette visite promet un régal pour vos sens.

Itinéraire
Nous nous arrêtons à An Droichidín sur le chemin de Leap. Il s'agit d'une incroyable arche / pont en pierre taillée sur le chemin de Myross Wood House Le temps comprend c. 15 minutes de vélo jusqu'à cet arrêt
Nous faisons un bref arrêt au très atmosphérique vieux cimetière de Kilmacabea et discutons de quelques contes du folklore local. Le temps comprend c. 20 minutes de vélo jusqu'à cet arrêt
Nous visitons le mémorial de William Thompson et discutons brièvement de cette incroyable histoire de vie de réformateurs. Le temps comprend c. 15 minutes de vélo jusqu'à cet arrêt
Après une descente exaltante dans une vallée escarpée, nous nous arrêtons à l'entrée de ce château très intéressant qui a une histoire étonnante. Nous discutons également du cimetière Quaker situé à côté de l'entrée. Le temps comprend c. 15 minutes à vélo. cet arrêt
Nous nous arrêtons pour une pause-café dans le village animé et coloré de Rosscarbery, dans le West Cork. Le temps comprend c. 15 minutes à vélo jusqu'à cet arrêt
Nous visitons la belle Mill Cove et discutons des plans de William Coppinger pour ce port. Le temps comprend c. 20 minutes à vélo jusqu'à cet arrêt
Coppingers Court est l'un des plus beaux exemples d'une maison élisabéthaine dans le comté de Cork et c'était aussi le siège d'un tyran notoire Le temps comprend c. 15 minutes de vélo jusqu'à cet arrêt

My boyfriend and I went with another (middle-aged and queer) couple on this and had an amazing time. Conor was warm, easygoing, friendly, and a very engaging teacher with excellent storytelling chops. The ride was gorgeous, ranging over farmlands, down little lanes we never would have discovered ourselves, went up and down rolling hills and along the coast, and the bikes made it all easy (and two of us were e-bike first-timers and one of us is not a regular cyclist at all). We learned a lot about Irish history, got a nice workout, saw some lovely countryside (and as a bonus had some delicious treats at the cafe) but most of all just really appreciated Conor's knowledge and generosity of spirit. Highly recommend.
What an adventure we had with Celine! This was an excellent way to see the nooks and crannies of beautiful Leap, Ireland. Celine was an amazing host, filling us in on stories from the past as we rode through trails and hills for four hours. Our teenage sons loved their first e-bike tour and had no problem getting used to the bikes. You do need to have a good level of fitness as the hills can be a bit strenuous at times, even with the e-bike. I highly recommend this experience. It was absolutely amazing, and we are still talking about it!
Our family ended up having our own eBike adventure with the lovely Conor. He was a wonderful story teller, very knowledgeable about the rich Irish history, and even managed to get me a jacket from a local coffee shop to borrow as it was cold! This is truly a beautiful way to see and feel the culture. Can’t get it in a car. Would do again and again! Thank you Conor!!

A MUST DO if you're travelling around County Cork - worth stopping into Union Hall just for this. We did the 40km eBike tour and were blown away by the beauty of the local area and Conor's incredible knowledge of local history and folklore, all told with a big dose of Irish charm. The ebikes are top notch - making even the steepest hills manageable. You can adjust the boost to give yourself a bit of a workout or effortlessly glide along as you fancy. This was a real highlight of our week sailing around County Cork - don't miss out. For the best experience, make sure to add on the Bioluminescence swim tour. It's the BEST way to experience this magical phenomenon - sparkles galore, warm wetsuits and a gorgeous smoke fire fire to warm your body while the Irish stories warm your soul. A wonderful adventure I’ve been coming to rosscarbery for 34 years I’ve seen places with this tour I had never seen before Conor is a fountain of knowledge and a great tour leader 100/ per cent recommend this activity if u have a few days to spare
Conor was a fantastic host for our eBike adventure through West Cork. Conor is a wonderful storyteller that brought every site to life with the lore from the area. The eBikes were high quality and kept in excellent condition and we felt safe throughout. My husband and I completely enjoyed our adventure and meeting the other guests as well.

Celine was wonderful! This was a must do in cork county! The best way to see the countryside and the small fishing village.
Our guide Conor took great care of our safety and comfort as we cycled between each site on this impeccably curated tour. We hadn't anticipated the extent of the enjoyment, value & learning. Added to which was good humour, informed commentary and a much appreciated complimentary coffee (tea is an option!) at the halfway stage.
