Cours de Pierogi et dégustation d'alcool avec vue sur Varsovie
Description
C'est l'occasion de faire l'expérience de la classe de fabrication de pierogi avec un hôte local, né à Varsovie, goûter aux alcools faits maison, et en savoir plus sur cette ville, la Pologne en général, et les endroits à visiter. L'activité se déroule dans l'appartement de l'hôte avec une terrasse sur le toit qui a une vue unique sur l'horizon de Varsovie. Il n'y a pas de meilleure façon de connaître la culture locale que d'en discuter avec les habitants de leur domicile! Le nombre maximum de participants est de dix. Nous vous prions d'arriver à l'heure. Si vous avez plus de 15 minutes de retard, votre cours peut être annulé et le paiement n’est pas remboursable.

Very good course, it was really fun, and Dominic was a very good host! Sometimes it would have been nice to have more information about the fillings, etc. - how it should taste "correctly." Overall, it was a lovely evening!
This is a very fun activity for the whole family. I was skeptical at first but so glad we did it. The class is very well organized and conducted. The host is friendly and speaks fluent English. The setting is very intimate. You’re literally making pierogis in someone’s kitchen. At the conclusion of the event you get to taste your own culinary creation and even take some pierogis home if you’d like. A definite must do!
The cooking class was amazing. We were a small group and had a great time even if we were strangers. Dominik was very caring and did a great job. It was so nice to make the piroggis (and delicious) and to taste the liquor. The view from the roof top is stunning. I really can recommend it. Thank you Dominik for this great experience!
The activity was great! This was a highlight of our visit to Warsaw. Dominik greeted us with lovely charcuterie and his own drinks, explaining all the offerings. Then we got cooking. He was a good teacher - guiding our dough work. It was a good mix of traditional and contemporary fillings. Very fun evening!
A great time in Warsaw. Dominic is a gracious host and instructor. We made everything from a simple dough with 6 amazing fillings. We started with a snack on his rooftop deck with tastes of homemade vodka. Then on to rolling dough, mixing fillings and a feast of our pierogies back on the rooftop. Highly recommend for a fun hands on experience. Thanks Dominic!!

Dominic and his wife were great company. Very informative tips on how to cook a great pierogi, dough was thin and soft (better than chewy version in many restaurants), fillings went from basic to basic to inventive. A wide range of superb liqueurs. A very relaxed and inviting setting. Highly recommended.
