Visitez les moulins à vent en bois traditionnels de Zaanse Schans et les maisons en bois vertes distinctives qui y ont été déplacées pour recréer l'atmosphère d'un village des XVIIIe et XIXe siècles. La durée est d'environ 1h30, y compris les visites avec démonstrations à la fromagerie et à la fabrique de chaussures en bois. Arrêt photo au bord de la rivière Zaan pour la meilleure vue panoramique sur tous les moulins à vent.
(Cette partie est incluse dans Zaanse Schans) Visitez une usine de chaussures en bois pour en savoir plus sur l'histoire des sabots néerlandais traditionnels. Assistez à un atelier avec démonstration de la fabrication des sabots. Essayez d'installer des chaussures en bois pour avoir l'impression de porter des chaussures en bois. Temps libre pour faire des emplettes de souvenirs.

Suivi d'une dégustation gratuite d'une large sélection de fromages et d'autres friandises typiquement hollandaises. Temps libre pour le shopping de délices hollandais.
Sur le chemin de Giethoorn, profitez de faits et d'histoires intéressantes de nos sympathiques guides indiquant des sites importants, notamment le plus grand lac artificiel des Pays-Bas - IJsselmeer. IJsselmeer est une baie intérieure fermée, bordée par l'Afsluitdijk (digue de clôture) qui est la plus grande digue des Pays-Bas avec 32 km de long, construite entre 1927 et 1932, faisant partie des travaux du delta, sept merveilles modernes. Nous passerons aussi par Ketelbrug, c'est un pont aussi une digue pour avoir une bonne sensation de digue. Contrairement à la plus grande digue d'enceinte, il s'agit d'un pont de seulement 800 mètres de long (2 600 pieds) ouvert le 15 juin 1970.
Découvrez un village néerlandais accessible uniquement par bateau lors d'une excursion d'une journée à Giethoorn depuis Amsterdam. Great Day Trip to Zaanse Schans & Giethoorn! We booked the Cherry Tours day trip through Viator and had a fantastic experience. The tour was well organized and covered some truly beautiful places. Visiting the windmills at Zaanse Schans was like stepping back in time, and the colorful houses and unique Lego-style architecture in Zaandam were really fun to see. The cheese-making and clog-making demonstrations were also great and very interesting to watch. The highlight of the trip was definitely the peaceful boat ride in Giethoorn. Cruising through the canals surrounded by charming houses and nature was absolutely relaxing and memorable. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable tour and a great way to see some iconic Dutch locations in one day. The only small thing was that the diamond factory mentioned in the itinerary wasn’t covered during our tour. Travel was quiet long but otherwise enjoyed the tour. All places were too crowded unfortunately.
