Nino is a very knowledgeable man with enormous passion for cooking. He explained to us all the intricacies of making the perfect pizza. In his apartment with a beautiful view over the sea we enjoyed our homemade pizzas. Nino makes it a complete experience and we would recommend it to anyone who is passionate about cooking!
It was an excellent experience! Chef Nino was an outstanding teacher. We learned a lot of new information that we will use when we get home. The food was delicious!!

Thus is amazing. Chef Nino loves food and his way of sharing his passion for other people is through food. Amazing final night in Italy. A friend for life. Tiramisu is amazing. Pizza is too notch and practical.
The class with Nino, was wonderful. We had excellent food and a wonderful time chatting. The food was delicious and he showed us different cooking to others, also he made the tiramisu with different toppings for us to try, we even took a small one home to eat the next morning and it was scrumptious. So delicate, light and my husband was licking the bowl clean. Nino had everything prepared and ready to start the lesson when we arrived. We were also offered beer, wine etc throughout the night. It was a wonderful night trying everything we made and Thad great conversation. Thanks Nino for a fantastic night, and I recommend it for anyone going to SanRemo who wishes to do a cooking class.
We expected a professional cooking school. (Atmosphere, however, was in a private setting). Nino tried a lot and the food was great. 👍
