Je vais accueilleir notre petit group dans notre apartment vue mer, et nous aurons notre cours de cuisine interactive. Nous allons entrer dans la cuisine et je vais vous présenter le programme et les recettes traditionnels de ma grand-mère que nous allons cuisiner ensemble : tout le monde aura son propre tablier de cuisine et je vais vous apprendre comme cuisiner les plats suivants : -tagliatelle -ravioli -orecchiette ou gnocchi pâtes faites à la main avec différents assaisonnements Pendant les préparations tout le monde aura son propre espace et des ingrédients pour mettre en pratique ce que je vais enseigner, en attendant je serai heureux de partager avec vous l’origine de les préparations, avec les liens historiques et vous montrer quelques trucs pour realiser des plats comme des véritables œuvres d’art afin que vous puissiez être un vrai chef italien quand vous inviterez vos amis à la maison la prochaine fois! Prêt pour votre dîner spécial ? Nous allons sur la terrasse et nous partagerons ensemble les recettes qui nous avons preparée pendant la classe et nous terminerons notre dîner convivial avec un vrai café italien et quelques autres légendes et conseils locaux. PASTA E BASTA.... et quoi encore? Autres remarques Si vous etes en groupe, en fonction de vos besoins spéciaux, nous pouvons personnaliser le cours de cuisine et la dégustation de vin pour une occasion spéciale (anniversaire, anniversaire de marriage etc), nous pouvons également organiser l’expérience à pour déjeuner. Si dans le groupe il y a des enfants nous pouvons organiser une table spéciale pour eux)

How wonderful this experience was! Monica is fun, lots of great stories, and she really knows how to cook in the traditional Italian way. Her husband Diego (the helper) makes perfect simple sauces to accompany the pasta that are delicious . The beauty is in the simplicity of fresh ingredients that is the Italian way. Mixed & rolled by hand then using a 40 yr old crank pasta machine .. no fancy gadgets used or needed. It was lovely to eat the pasta we made on her terrace overlooking the sea & mountains of Liguria… Grazie mille Monica & Diego & the great group of people that I met that evening .. It was perfect! Highly recommend this experience 🇮🇹❤️
Our host, Monica, was an absolute delight! Not only did she teach us to make pasta the correct way, she wove in stories of her family, a bit of history and lots of good humor! This is a must-do if you have the opportunity. 5 stars, Monica! Buon appetito!

Had the best experience with Monica. She made the experience so fun and the pasta was AMAZING! We are excited to remake the dishes with friends as soon as we get home. I HIGHLY recommend this experience! You won’t regret it.

Monica opened her home to us and taught us a lot about pasta. Her passion for Italian cuisine is so inspiring. Lots of anecdotes, tips and tricks. Can definitely be recommended.
It was just sensational and incredibly fun! We laughed a lot, made great pasta and ate at a great view of the sea at San Remo. It doesn't get any better!
I cannot say enough good things about our experience cooking with Monica! Our family of four attended a class, including our 5 and 7 year old kids. Monica was so engaging with all four of us - she involved all of us with each step, she was patient and enthusiastic, and we learned a lot. The view from her apartment makes for the perfect backdrop. We left full and happy! An overall excellent experience.
Monica is an exceptional person who completely immerses you in the Italian atmosphere that everyone dreams of. Three hours we enjoyed his humor and his pedagogy to teach us all the rudiments necessary to make pasta but also sauces that we tasted with a superb view of the sea.
It was amazing! Monica explains everything well and we made and ate delicious pastas! Our 8-year-old son also loved it and now wants to make pasta himself instead of buying it in the store. Highly recommended!
