Adrian was an extremely knowledgeable guide that taught us the difference between folklore and historical facts. It was steeped in history with amazing views and amazing experiences (we loved the dinner at the end) it was the best day!!
Adrian was absolutely incredible from start to finish. His knowledge, professionalism, and friendly personality made the entire tour unforgettable. He went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and engaged, sharing fascinating stories and local insights you would never discover on your own. Adrian’s passion for what he does truly shows, and his energy made every moment enjoyable. He was organized, patient, and always happy to answer questions. If you’re looking for a tour guide who can turn a great trip into an amazing experience, Adrian is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!
Thank you so much for your wonderful review! I'm delighted to hear that you enjoyed the tour and that the stories, local insights, and overall experience made your trip memorable. It was a pleasure spending the day with you and sharing my passion for Romania. Thank you for your recommendation, and I hope to see you again on a future adventure! Best wishes
This was hands down one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, our guide made this day absolutely unforgettable and truly special—it felt like a private VIP experience rather than a typical tour. We traveled through the Carpathian Mountains, which alone would have made the day worth it. The scenery was absolutely stunning, and hearing the history and local stories as we drove through the mountains added so much depth to the experience. We visited Bran Castle, Corvin Castle, the beautiful city of Sibiu with its famous “houses with eyes,” and several incredible churches throughout the region. At every major site, we skipped the lines entirely and went straight in—no waiting, no crowds. Our guide clearly knows everyone everywhere, and it made the entire day feel seamless and exclusive, like we were on a true VIP tour. Along the way, we stopped near Corvin Castle at a small local spot to try a delicious Romanian flatbread/pastry with sweet toppings—one of those authentic experiences you would never find on your own. What truly made this tour exceptional was our guide himself. His knowledge of Romanian history, culture, and local traditions was incredible, but even more impressive was how warm, engaging, and genuinely kind he was. He didn’t feel like a tour guide at all—he felt like a friend I’d known for years. Every story was fascinating, every question was welcomed, and his passion for Romania was contagious. We were treated to an absolutely amazing lunch at his family’s restaurant—hands down some of the best food I had in Romania—followed by another delicious meal at a local restaurant later in the day. The hospitality was heartfelt and memorable. Travel was extremely comfortable in a spacious Mercedes Sprinter, with bottled water provided, snack stops along the way, and thoughtful breaks throughout the day. Every detail was handled perfectly so we could relax and enjoy every moment. If you’re considering a day trip in Romania, do not hesitate for a second to book this tour. It’s not just sightseeing—it’s an immersive, personal experience with someone who truly loves his country and treats you like family. I would recommend this guide without hesitation and would book again in a heartbeat.
We have taken advantage of this service and I must say it was excellent. Adrian is atato punctual and very clear in the description of the places visitati.Ottimo the menu tasted in the restaurant of his parents. Highly recommended 💗
Where do I even begin?… Adrian made this trip to Romania the most memorable trip my family and I have ever taken. First of all, his English is amazing and made us feel right at home. He was extremely communicative and professional through the entire booking process. This made me feel very safe and taken care of as I was booking this trip myself and not going through a travel agency. He communicated with me up until the day we met in Romania. He picked us up at our Air Bnb in Brasov in a beautiful and clean Mercedes Sprinter Van and took us to all of these amazingly beautiful places. His knowledge of history for his country is impeccable. He made sure my family and I were comfortable the entire trip. Taking break stops throughout the day for drinks, food, and restroom breaks. He even took us to his family’s restaurant and the food was spectacular. Leaving this trip and leaving Adrian, we felt like we were leaving a friend. During this trip he truly felt like he became a part of our family. I cannot recommend him enough for anyone traveling to Romania. He is incredible in every way and deserves all of the business and blessings. I can’t wait to fly back to Romania to visit him again. But this time as a friend and not just as my tour guide. Thank you Adrian for everything! We miss you buddy! - Alyssa, Sharon, and Susan ♥️
Great tour! Adrian was a great guide who kept us informed and entertained despite the interior access to Peleş castle being closed for the day. We also had a delicious meal at his family restaurant. Highly recommend this tour!
We had an amazing day with Adrian. He contacted me before the tour to let me know that Peles Castle had implemented a new ticket system so I could get my tickets before they sold out. Peles Castle was packed, but somehow Adrian managed to keep us out of the swarms of people. We stopped for a quick visit at Rasnov Fort (it's currently closed, but you can visit the outside) and then had a leisurely lunch. By the time we finished lunch and made it to Bran Castle we had completely avoided the crowds. In addition to his great timing, Adrian is also super friendly and knowledgeable about Romania. He can tell you just about anything you want to know and it is obvious that guiding is his passion. If we had known how amazing our day was going to be, I would have scheduled an additional day with Adrian. If we return to Romania (and I hope we do, we fell in love with the whole country) Adrian will be on my list of people to contact to help me plan my next trip.
Adrien was extremely knowledgeable on the history and culture of Transylvania, no matter what questions we threw at him! He was very friendly and attentive to our needs. His connections got us the best parking spots and place in line. We loved that he knew where to take our pictures for the best angles - no selfies needed. After 3 weeks of bus and group tours on our vacation, it was such a treat to have the day focused on what we wanted.
Adrian is a wonderful tour guide- he is very knowledgable and the tour was very interesting and fun! Peles castle is beautiful, and Adrian took care to give us enough time to see the beautiful interior, and the tour was planned to make sure that our trip to Bran was not too busy so we could actually see the castle without the big crowds. 100% would recommend his father’s restaurant- the best food we have had this holiday!
Andrian is a real professional. We had an amazing time with him. He picked us from our hotel and we visited Pelesor Peles Sinai Monastery Rasnov Fortress and Bran castle. To each one we took our time to explore as much as possible. Me and my fiance totally recommend it
