Laissez libre cours à votre amour de la cuisine italienne en Toscane, et profitez d'une visite d'une journée complète qui associe la visite d'un marché, un cours de cuisine et un repas de 4 plats avec du vin ! Après avoir déniché des ingrédients frais locaux sur le marché historique de Florence, rendez-vous dans une ferme rustique en Toscane, où vous serez entouré d'une superbe campagne. Ensuite, préparez votre festin à base de pâtes, de bruschetta et de rôti de porc à la toscane et finissez par des desserts tels que le tiramisu avant de les savourer, accompagnés de vin toscan. Jusqu'à quatre verres de vin sont inclus tout au long de la journée, ainsi qu'un diplôme de cuisine et un livre de recettes.

Angela, Lavinia and Carmela made this experience for our family! The setting is magnificent, the food delicious and our guides/teachers fantastic. They were friendly, knowledgeable and funny. I will recommend this to everyone I know going to Firenze.
We had SUCH A GOOD TIME! The perfect way to spend a day in Florence whether it be with family or friends. We learned skills that we will definitely be taking home to our kitchens back in America!

My mom and I loved this experience. The chefs were a pleasure to watch & Erica made us all laugh all day long. The location was superb & making the pasta from scratch was a real treat. We learned so much. Thank you for a wonderful day. It would have helped us a bit if we could have been dropped off at our hotel at the end of the day.

The one thing my daughter really wanted to do in Italy was take a cooking class and I really think I booked the best one! I honestly would go back and take any and every class/tour they offer! Especially if Erika is doing the teaching! She was so much fun and such a great teacher! She makes you feel like your family and it is guaranteed you have a good time! Lavinia was our guide through the market which is so cool to see. She was a fantastic guide who had us trying samples and explained everything we needed to know and she stayed and helped with the cooking instructions as well! Stefania was so sweet checking on each of us and our progress. The class was at the most beautiful estate in the hills above Florence which was such a bonus! Its a long part of your travel day, but you will not regret it. I wouldn't hesitate to book it again! The food was so good and we all worked together to make it. I only wish I could take more classes with Erika, and I am not someone who cooks a lot! Loved the experience!
We had such a fun and enjoyable time at this pasta and gelato making experience. Everything was really well organised, and Tony, Alessia and Gloria were fantastic—so friendly, entertaining and incredibly helpful throughout. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, with great music and plenty of wine, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I’m pleased to say I can now make pasta successfully! We also loved watching them make the ragu, which was absolutely delicious. It was so good that we’ve already replicated it twice at home—and it’s been very tasty both times. A brilliant experience from start to finish, and something I’d definitely recommend.

My friend and I had an amazing time with Angela, Lavinia and Carmela. All three were bubbly, friendly and super helpful and accomodating. The pick up point was in a convenient location and once on the bus, Angela gave some extra information about the parts of Tuscany we were travelling through, making the ride very enjoyable. The class was interactive and fun with the perfect balance of showing and practicing. Lavinia and Carmela were hilarious to watch and very knowledgable. All the staff were hands on, helping, guiding and encouraging us as we made our pasta, gelato and pesto. We had an amazing time, lots of laughs and was a great way to spend the day in Florence! Highly recommend and thank you to Angela, Lavinia and Carmela for the fantastic day!
