Parc et Jardins du Chateau en 2 roues électriques (oui aux PMR)
Description
Avec un groupe maximum de 7 personnes, cette découverte, accompagnée d'un guide, vous donnera l'impression d'etre un peu VIP. Cette découverte est accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite. (Merci de donner les informations de votre handicap à la réservation) Grâce à cette demi-journée, entre trottinettes et balade à pied, vous allez pouvoir voir, dans les 600 hectares, et en trottinette électrique, les monuments du Parc du Chateau de Versailles, (Grand Trianon, Petit Trianon). Puis, aprés avoir accroché la trottinette, vous découvrez à pied, mais toujours accompagné de votre guide, , les bosquets et jardins du Chateau ( 77 hectares ). Votre pause rafraichissement terminée, vous reprenez les trottinettes pour continuer votre découverte sur les anciennes terres de chasse du Roi Louis 14, puis vous revenez à votre point de départ, en traversant la ville de Versailles. Une go pro vous sera prêtée afin de filmer toute votre découverte.

Itinéraire
Avant de vous arrêter devant le Grand Trianon et découvrir les colonnades en marbre roses, vous aurez fait un arret devant une vieille porte où se trouvait le village de Trianon. Vous roulerez alors sur les sentiers, autour des jardins du Hameau de la Reine jusqu'au grand Trianon.
Aprés le grand Trianon, un arret est prévu en face du Petit Trianon. vous verrez la différence ?
Vous roulerez autour du Grand canal, ou selon votre envie, vous pourrez utiliser d'autres chemins ( moins fréquentés par les touristes ) pour aller admirer une vue exceptionnelle sur le Chateau
Vous découvrirez à pied, toujours avec votre accompagnateur, les jardins de plus de 77 hectares du Chateau de Versailles.
La visite des jardins commencera surement par le bassin de Neptune. Aprés avoir découvert la seule statue avec le visage du Roi Louis 14, vous remonterez vers la terrasse du Chateau
C'est en remontant vers la terrasse du Chateau que vous découvrirez cette fontaine. Un dragon à Versailles ?
le Chateau derrière vous, le bassin de latone avec une vue sur le grand Canal. Etes vous pret ?
Aprés la découverte des jardins, vous reprendrez les trottinettes pour aller voir cette piéce d'eau, située en dehors du Parc du Chateau de Versailles
selon le temps qu'il restera dans cette découverte, vous reviendrez peut etre à votre point de départ en passant dans le vieux quartier de Versailles
C'est devant les grandes écuries et à proximité de la statue équestre de Louis XIV, que vous serez équipé de casques, gants, gilets, talkies-walkies. Vous serez initié à la conduite de la trottinette électrique. Dés que vous serez prét, et à l'aise; vous partirez, accompagné d'un guide, vers le Parc du Chateau de Versailles. ( Le temps prévu à cet endroit dépend du nombre de participants et de temps d'initiation à la conduite de la trottinette.) C'est aussi la que nous reviendrons

Jean-Baptiste was a wonderful guide. The grounds of Versailles are so enormous this may be the best and only way to really appreciate it all. This really is a must.

What a brilliant afternoon we had discovering the gardens of the palace of Versailles and the environs of Versaille’s grand royal houses. J-B was an excellent, very knowledgable and thoughtful guide with a real sense of fun. The electric “trottinettes’ are scooters with a difference that we have not seen in England. They are large with fat tyres for stability and a platform so your feet are side by side so much more comfortable than an ordinary scooter and so much fun! J-B trains you in how to use them and it didn’t take long till we were off rolling down the grand avenues towards the palace. We are 68 and 70 years old, used to cycling so we really got into it! The electric scooters give you the opportunity to get a sense of the immense scale of the palace grounds. Had great smiles on our faces yesterday and today looking at the pictures and videos that J-B sent. J-B even indulged our love of languages by doing the tour in French and coping patiently with our own attempts to speak the language! Couldn’t recommend it more.

This was an absolute blast. It’s was such a fun way to see the grounds of Versailles. JB was great and thinks of everything. I especially loved that he takes a lot of photos and videos and gives them to you at the end of the tour. I would highly recommend.
Hi, Jamie, Thank you for this review and I'm glad you enjoyed this discovery, which combines a visit to the Parc du Chateau with its 600 hectares and a tour of the gardens. It's fun to ride an electric scooter through the Park and then take a nice walk through the gardens. I want everyone to enjoy their visit without having their nose on their phone to take photos. We had a wonderful time scootin' around the huge Versailles park, with JB. We would never have been able to walk or see the Grand Trianon, Petit Trianon or the Grand Canal... Which was very grand. We felt safe and well informed by our guide JB. He took wonderful photos and videos of us as we explored,.. and sent them to us right away. A NEW WAY TO VISIT VERSAILLES.

This was a wonderful way to see the Gardens and grounds of Versailles from top to bottom and side to side, outdoors in the fresh air on a beautiful day. JB was very patient, instructing us on how to use the electric bike. He provided everything we needed, including windbreakers & the GoPro to film us. He gave us the camera SD card after the tour as a record of our experience. We stopped for a coffee break between walking the Gardens and biking around the grounds, a total of 4 hours. I highly recommend this thoughtfully planned tour, with a built-in history lesson of Versailles and King Louis XIV.

The idea is to be able to stroll around the 77 hectares of the Gardens, see the groves, the most beautiful and hidden fountains, but also go through the Park and see this great perspective from the chateau to the end of the Grand Canal.
