Vous vivrez une expérience unique et authentique dans notre villa située dans les collines florentines et entourée par la campagne avec une vue magnifique sur Florence. Je me ferai un plaisir de vous apprendre les secrets des recettes que mes grands-parents m'ont transmises avec amour. Nous préparerons ensemble deux types de pâtes maison : les tagliatelles et les raviolis. Ensuite, nous cuisinerons de la viande POLPETTE à la sauce tomate et enfin, je vous montrerai comment préparer une bonne crème glacée maison "noyée dans le café" moka ou avec des fruits frais. Vous mangerez des plats préparés sur la terrasse de la villa entourée par la nature et nous boirons ensemble d'excellents VINS toscans (bulles, blanc et rouge biologique). La vue magnifique de la ville de Florence fera de cette expérience une expérience unique et inégalable. Ce sera agréable de vous raconter un peu de l'histoire de ma famille et de mes grands-parents en vous montrant le livre de souvenirs. Nous utilisons des produits locaux de haute qualité, dont beaucoup sont biologiques. nous accueillons des petits groupes pour rendre l'expérience plus intime et plus familière.

Nous viendrons vous chercher avec notre voiture au 126 Viale Europa à Florence et vous conduirons à notre villa dans les collines florentines en 10 minutes environ. Vous pouvez vous rendre au point de ramassage en taxi ou en utilisant les transports publics. Les bus reliant le centre-ville au point de ramassage sont les suivants : 31, 32, 23B, 351A, 365A. (vous pouvez utiliser google maps pour trouver les transports publics les plus proches de votre point de départ).

Absolutely Wonderful!! A+ Guya and Valentina are so lovely. Learning to cook pasta from Guya’s family recipes and in her home was so special and magical. The views were amazing and the food was delicious. A Tuscan must do!!

A unique experience in a beautiful place; Guya and Valentina are very kind and pleasant, making us feel comfortable and making the activity seem easy: I loved the process of making the dough for the tagliatelle and ravioli, the meatball recipe, the gelato, and the beautiful views. We shared with other participants who were also friendly. Thank you both very much for everything. Highly recommended experience.
Wonderful evening at a hillside Villa overlooking Florence & a welcome quiet evening sharing stories, laughs & wine while making pasta with scenic views along with a sunset that can’t be beat. Would recommend this experience to anyone to enrich a trip to Florence 🇮🇹❤️🇮🇹.
This experience with Guya and Valentina in the gorgeous Italian home overlooking Florence was the best experience we had in Florence. The warmth, relaxed instruction along with excellent food and wine combined with storytelling and laughter made us feel like we were with our own family in Italy. The thoughtful departing gifts made this even more special. Choose this class over the many other options for cooking classes in Florence, and you will be pleased.

It truly is difficult to put into words how incredible this experience was. My wife and I have always dreamed of coming to the hills of Tuscany, so to be welcomed with such love was truly a dream come true. Guya and Matteo made us feel like family. We shared laughs, hugs, and cheers, or "salute" as they say here, which were all very meaningful moments to us. Fantastic and truly authentic experience, one of the highlights of my trip! Guya welcomed us warmly into her real family home, a beautiful villa set in the hills, surrounded by countryside and olive trees, with an amazing view over the city of Florence. We prepared ravioli, tagliatelle, and meatballs together, and everything was absolutely delicious. I felt completely at ease in such a cozy and genuine atmosphere. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a memorable and authentic experience!
