À Windsor, 900 ans d'histoire royale nous attendent. Nous profitons d'une visite à pied de cette belle ville, où nous voyons ce qui est maintenant le plus grand château occupé en permanence au monde. Si le drapeau royal flotte, la reine est chez elle. Nous visitons également la ville historique d'Eton, qui abrite la plus célèbre école privée de Grande-Bretagne, où 18 anciens Premiers ministres britanniques, dirigeants mondiaux et membres de la royauté ont étudié. Il y aura beaucoup de temps libre pour acheter vos souvenirs royaux.
Nous continuons vers Oxford, où nous profitons d'une visite guidée à pied de l'une des universités les plus anciennes et les plus célèbres du monde. Notre visite comprend le Sheldonian Theatre, la Bodleian Library, le Bridge of Sighs, la Radcliffe Camera, le Christ Church "Harry Potter" College, le Balliol College, le Merton College et bien plus encore. la vie doit être comme, et découvrir certains des lieux de scènes de films de Harry Potter. Le musée Ashmolean, le Christ Church College et le marché couvert méritent une visite pendant votre temps libre.

You walk around the outside of the castle and get free time; in Oxford you also see the outside of things. The Ashmolean Museum is free and worth it; Oxford interior tours all sold out before we got there. Windsor Castle tour longer than we had there. Good view from along river, but not as complete an experience as visiting Cambridge and Greenwich.
Our guide was very informative, however most of the day was spent on a bus. Only exterior views and information of the buildings were included resulting in a good bit of walking. I unfortunately overlooked the description of this tour that stated interiors were not included.
Another tour with the same fun guide Laura, it was nice to see difference with cambridge as both have famous old universitys. Oxford is so much bigger, the tour was longer and interesting. There is more to do in free time, I could not decide so I went to the market the guide showed us to go to for shopping and food, a cool place, and enjoyed walking by the university buildings after. Windsor is nice but I would have liked more time in oxford and want to go back for longer, I like it so much. We saw guards in windsor so I was lucky as the guide said it is not every day so find out before going . Thank you again Laura and for being kind with advise on places to visit.
