Our driver was very courteous and thankfully was nice enough to return to the airport so we could retrieve a cell phone that got left in the van.

Get the name of the driver and any distinguishing markings of the van who is supposed to pick you up. Had we known his name, we would not have gone with a driver who said he checked with his manager and we were to go with him. When we got to the cruise port he wanted us to pay for the ride. We had to argue with him that we had already paid on line with Viator. It was a very unsettling experience.
Hi Nancy_K, We sincerely apologize for any confusion regarding your pickup. According to the reservation, your scheduled pickup time was 10:00 AM. Our driver arrived at the hotel as scheduled. When we contacted you, you informed us that you were already on a bus. However, the vehicle you were traveling in was not our Ride in Seattle vehicle. It appears that you departed the hotel earlier than your scheduled pickup time with another transportation company. Unfortunately, because we were not informed of this change, our driver proceeded according to the original 10:00 AM reservation. We understand how this situation may have been confusing, and we apologize for any inconvenience. For future pickups, we recommend confirming the scheduled pickup time, driver’s name, and vehicle identification before departing with a transportation provider.
We had a change in our flight going to Seattle, I called and left a message. They were quick to respond and were flexible in our flight change. Very punctual and always in contact. We would for sure use them again! Great company to help you in your travel needs

BK our driver was on time and drive us to Airport safely. Our ride was very spacious for a family of 8 and have enough storage for our luggage. Would recommend it.

Our driver, BK, was amazing. He was prompt, punctual, and took great care of us. We had 6 people in our party plus all of our luggage, which is quite a load, but he handled it all with a smile.
