We had a fantastic evening with Alin and had the chance to see several amazing bear families and also three foxes.

We really liked the tour. Our guide Alin gave us a lot of interesting information about the brown bears in Romania on the drive to the hide. We were then able to observe and photograph some wild bears searching for treats—apparently hidden beforehand by a ranger—including several mothers with their cubs. For us, the tour was definitely worth it and we are happy to recommend it to others.

They pick you up at your residence, the guide is competent and great company, and the location is fantastic; we saw several bears, adults and cubs, and a little family of foxes.

Amazing experience, do not hesitate to book!!Alin was extremely knowledgeable and speaks fluent English. Service includes pick up and drop off from your hotel. Alin messaged earlier in the day to confirm pick up and set a time, he was there in plenty of time and told us not to rush, really pleasant person and went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience. The bear watching itself is amazing, the bears are so close and the hide out is well managed and safe. Really good value for money and would highly recommend!!

This was such a cool trip! We had originally planned the trip for 10th June but due to circumstances had to change the trip to the 9th. Our guide, Alin, was super helpful in answering any questions about changes to times and pick-up and drop-off given the changes. He was also super helpful at re-assuring us that we could safely store our baggage in the vehicle for the duration of the excursion. Our pick up was in Brasov Old Town and travel to the location took about 45mins to an hour - it gave us great views of the countryside in and around Brasov. Once we reached the nature reserve and the hide (the hide is literally 30 seconds walk from the parking) the bears were right there. I'll be honest, I lost track of time, but I think we had a good hour watching the bears. Alin was incredibly knowledgeable about bears and gave us plenty of facts and context as we travelled to the site. There were 4 in our group (Me and my friend, and another couple) and a couple of other groups joined us at the hide. We were not crowded and everyone had plenty of space to watch the bears. Overall, this was a great trip.
