Pleasant and perfect groups size
Very nice excursion! Expert and friendly explanation from marine biologist. WeWhale respects life in the ocean. They are a breath of fresh air between all the other providers who put the commercial first. We had a lovely morning and saw a lot of dolphins who continued to follow our boat. The animals were approached with care and were not disturbed by the silent boat. Small tip: those who get seasick quickly should prepare and take something from medication beforehand. On this relatively small boat you can feel every wave.
With Monika our biologist and Victor our skipper we were well looked after. After a short time, leaving the coast behind, we discovered a larger school of striped dolphins with their babies. To everyone's delight. A little later, Atlantic spotted dolphins joined the boat and fascinated with their fun maneuvers. When the group turned away from us after some time, we continued to search the open sea. Monika explained to us what signs she uses to sight dolphin schools or whales. We were very lucky today, because a short time later pilot whales frolicked in the distance and came closer. We heard her breath through the blowout hole. Really impressive. And then our skipper could spot another Bryde whale at a greater distance. But for us guests on board, the big whale unfortunately no longer showed. All in all, a really great and informative experience. Luckily the sea was calm. Even if it has already rocked a few kilometers out. The tour with WeWhale is recommended in our opinion.
It was something of the finest I have experienced. We were able to park by car directly at the pier. The two crew were very competent and fulfilled all our wishes. We've seen different dolphin schools. I would set sail again with the organizer:)
Very long drive in unsettled seas until after about 2.5 h we could briefly observe a few dolphins, from a distance. Every participant:in should be aware that the ride can be rough and you should hold on well!!
This was not our first Dolphin tour, but our first successful one! So far, no matter what country, we have always had bad luck and this time it did not look good again. But the crew was willing to wait a little longer than agreed (thanks for that!) and then actually came a huge school with about 30 animals! Thanks to hybrid drive, you not only saw it, but you even heard it! That's great! During the trip, garbage floating by was also fished out of the sea, but there are 3 extra points! Thanks again!
We were unfortunate to set out to sea on a very windy day with the accompanying sea swell. But we could not fault skipper Victor and Marine Biologist Maria, for their efforts. They looked after us well. We were then offerred a complimentary trip 2 days later which we could attend. Despite the calm seas at the start it again turned windy. Yet again we were unsuccesful in seeing whales! But bizarrely this did not fully impact the review, as they again, worked hard to try and find the dolphins and whales. We were so impressed how they tried to do their bit in cleaning up the sea and picking up any plastic they came across on route. We did come across turtles and flying fish so not a totally wasted day.
A nice team and what a silence when the hybrid engine is started in the open sea. I recommend
With animals to observe this would have been nice. It’s the game! The staff and the captain at the top. Very pleasant walk. Thanks, Victor.
Amazing experience, kind staff. They were informative, but not pushy. We saw a lot of dolphins, and the boat was terrific.
