Excursion en bateau de 4 heures avec plongée en apnée depuis Porto Rico et Mogan

Boat broke down and had to be towed back using a jet ski. Missed out on two stops. Lunch was not the best. Biggest issue was lack of communication from Captain. No explanation or apology or refund offered. We were towed for around two and a half hours. Should have been given chance to disembark at earlier port and take a bus. Clearly something not right with the boat when we left port even then he used jet skis to assist.

Lovely minibus from Puerto Mogan. The boat is lovely, large and comfortable. Matthew and Raffa ( hope I’ve spelled it correctly) are superstars. We had a great time. The kids loved it - my son was having a twelfth birthday trip and they treated him with a special birthday treat. The jet ski / sofa is a must. Really really good day out. Couldn’t recommend more!

If your looking for a super fun day at sea we'll this is for you. What a fabulous day swimming snorkel provided free of charge ,drinks included in price .and a platter of Tapas with was excellent. The staff on board very attentive aware of all their customers needs a big shout out to Mathew a real asset to the panda boat company. Who especially looked after my wife when feeling a little sea sick. The whole experience certainly had a wow factor. One of our party really enjoyed being dragged across the sea on a big inflatable. Thanks guys for a wonderful day .

Trip got off to a poor start as boat struggled to leave the mooring. After a slow trip to a great snorkel stop we had an average lunch. Then the problems started and we ended up being towed back by the captain pulling the boat with a jet ski. Missed next two stops and spent about 3 hours getting towed. No explanation or apology or offer of any refund. The boat was probably not fit to have travelled. Plus side was the pick up and drop off from hotel was well organised and all staff very friendly. Plenty of offers of drinks. But the captain was awful once the boat broke down, no communication. Such a shame. Issues can happen but you must communicate. Could have offered to cut trip short and disembark at another port rather than keep everyone on a hot slow boat behind a struggling jet ski.

Amazing lovely bathing trip!

We had a great day! The boat was very nice, clean and comfortable and a perfect size for the 12 guests. The crew were friendly and attentive. There were lots of free drinks and the meal served was very tasty. Our favourite part was snorkelling and paddle boarding (gear included). Our teenage boys loved it. The place we stoped in for swimming was nicely sheltered and water was perfect temperature for swimming even in early April. Had great fun observing fish underwater for hours. All together this trip was a highlight of the holiday for our whole family.

My partner and I spend a lot of time reading reviews before we book any trips when we go on holiday. We love to do a trip with the least amount of people as possible and this one seemed to tick that box. When reading reviews we saw people complaining about how slow the boat was leaving the port, the fact you stopped off to swim or do watersports for over an hour, the food was only "cheese and meats" and the views weren't to their liking. My partner and I love to travel and have done many boat trips around the world and can genuinely say this is the BEST one we have done. Matthew was so welcoming and fun and made us feel at ease the minute we stepped on the boat. There was only 8 people in total on our trip whom we become friendly with, all of which from different places in the world so we had fun conversations. All of which we lay on the front of the boat on padded beds to sunbath, very comfy! We went snorkeling and paddleboardinding and others opted for jet skiing (optional fee) which they were gone for way longer than 10 minutes (unlike what the reviews say). Yes the food was meats and cheeses also with crisps, dips and more which is perfect after drinking the all inclusive sangria and beer. We had over an hour and half in sea. Which included the sports, snorkeling, jumping off the boat or sunbathing. We had so much fun and looking to book again before we leave. If you're looking for a scenic boat trip to spot dolphins etc then this is not for you. You get exactly what they say on their profile and genuinely cannot complain. Only regret is we didn't bring money to tip. Hopefully we can go again this week before we leave! Had the best time, thank you 🥰

Unfortunately the trip was cancelled as the boat was under repair. These things happen but we were not informed until after the start time of the trip, and only after I chased 3 times for a response. Got a refund after I contacted Viator.

The trip was cancelled by the Panda Boat, the provider and despite repeated requests have not refunded the fee of €75
