Notre circuit visite deux marchés locaux pour votre plus grand plaisir : Mercado 20 de Noviembre et Mercado Benito Juárez, avant de marcher vers le Zócalo, une charmante place riche en histoire, architecture et culture. La vieille ville d'Oaxaca est la zone idéale pour découvrir l'atmosphère colorée et découvrir les saveurs vibrantes de la cuisine mexicaine authentique, y compris une glace rasée traditionnelle aux saveurs uniques. Bienvenue à notre point de départ ! Ici, notre guide se présentera et fournira un aperçu intéressant de l'ensemble de la visite culinaire.
Commencez un délicieux voyage en savourant nos premières bouchées et en apprenant davantage sur les marchés d'Oaxaca ! Notre voyage gastronomique commence par deux bouchées étonnantes au célèbre Mercado 20 de Noviembre à Oaxaca : une salée et une sucrée. Nous nous régalerons d'un plat mexicain classique réputé pour sa riche histoire et unique à cette ville : notre Mole Negro spéciale, à déguster aux côtés d'une autre Mole distincte d'Oaxaca ; puis Chili relleno et plus encore !
Ensuite, nous nous promènerons dans le Mercado Juarez, où nous dégusterons une autre série de délicieuses bouchées : un quesillo et une collation locale sucrée !
Découvrez le Zocalo, nous veillerons à ce que tout le monde profite de notre boisson préhispanique par excellence, le Tejate, accompagné d'un bon Pan de Yema, sur place !
Nous explorerons l'une des zones commerçantes animées du centre historique, découvrant les endroits où les habitants aiment passer leur temps. Et ici, nous visiterons une jolie terrasse et mangerons encore plus ! Après une petite promenade dans une autre rue, nous nous retrouverons à nouveau ici, entrant dans notre destination secrète des gourmets !

Kicked off our 5-day family vacation in Oaxaca with Ricardo leading our food tour.
